【摘要】 吉林省永吉县因自然及社会条件历史上始终水患频发,最近2010、2017两年遭特大洪水。追溯徐鼐霖主编《永吉县志》1661年开始至1909最后一次水灾史料,尝试通过水灾角度审视永吉县人居生活环境变迁,为研究当下乃至未来永吉城乡人居环境设计更新提供新资源、新方式,并突破一般环境友好前提的设计思考。本研究以《永吉县志》所记载河流水系演变及降水分布不均引发洪涝灾害展开分析。基于永吉现状及国内外灾难视角设计的探讨,通过数据分析及构建复原场景,归纳整理《永吉县志》此历史阶段水患灾难、从河流演变、设施堤防、农田生活及地方水政,利用信息与地理空间对照,将史料论及水灾建构灾难成因的空间划分。从导致水患频发原因的地表水及地下水,及旱涝灾害影响的自然景观,到环境灾难中的水利设施及堤防,再到社会行为导向的水政,最终汇集于水灾影响农耕生活及生存机制分析,阐明永吉县水患对人居环境及生活方式变迁影响之大的内涵。研究表明:水灾破坏人居环境的同时,即阐明一切生活活动都必须尊重洪水、与洪水为友、与洪水共生的生活环境开发与改造规律;生活中长期叠加的水环境破坏被忽视,甚至误解为惯习传承直接塑造了人们的生活环境的同时,积累为长期之后的生活环境灾难;水系作为自然生态对人居生活环境的承载,水灾必然汇集生态信息与社会信息的交织与融合,对其建构性编码决定着灾后生活环境开发的本质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yongji County,Jilin Province has been plagued by frequent floods due to natural and social conditions throughout history,and has been hit by catastrophic floods in the past two years,2010 and 2017.Tracing back to the historical materials of the last flood in Yongji County from 1661 to 1909,edited by Xu Nailin,this study attempts to examine the changes in the living environment of Yongji County from the perspective of floods,providing new resources and methods for studying the current and even future updates of urban and rural living environment design in Yongji,and breaking through the design thinking of the general premise of environmental friendliness.This study analyzes the evolution of river water systems and the uneven distribution of precipitation that lead to flood disasters as recorded in the "Yongji County Annals".Based on the current situation of Yongji and the exploration of disaster design from the perspective of domestic and foreign disasters,through data analysis and construction of restoration scenarios,this paper summarizes and organizes the historical stage of flood disasters in the "Yongji County Annals",including river evolution,facilities and embankments,agricultural life,and local water management.By using information and geographic spatial comparison,the historical materials and flood disasters are divided into spatial categories to construct the causes of disasters.From the surface water and groundwater that cause frequent floods,and the natural landscape affected by drought and flood disasters,to the water conservancy facilities and embankments in environmental disasters,and then to the social behavior oriented water policy,the analysis of the impact of floods on agricultural life and survival mechanism is finally gathered to clarify the connotation of the great impact of water disasters on the human settlements and lifestyle changes in Yongji County.Research has shown that while floods damage the living environment,it is necessary to clarify that all living activities must respect the laws of flood,be friends with flood,and coexist with flood in the development and transformation of the living environment;The long-term damage to the water environment in daily life has been ignored,even misunderstood as the inheritance of habits directly shaping people’s living environment,while accumulating into long-term environmental disasters;The water system,as the carrier of natural ecology on the living environment,inevitably brings together the interweaving and fusion of ecological and social information during floods.The constructive coding of it determines the essence of post disaster living environment development.更多还原
