【摘要】 人机交互关系指的是人与智能机器之间的交互关系。在人与智能机器的交互过程中,人们在感受着人机交互给人类生产、生活带来便利和舒适的同时,也面临着交互关系中可能存在的风险,比如隐私泄露、数据权属、社会公正等。基于人机交互关系中的潜在风险,其引发的信任问题也得到了一定程度的关注。人如何在交互关系中信任智能机器?智能机器的可信度表现在哪些方面?人机之间的交互程度如何影响其信任关系?本文探讨了人机交互关系中这些具体的信任问题,以促进人机之间建立良性交互关系。首先,本文在回顾人机交互关系发展历程的基础上,分析了人机交互关系中出现的不同于传统人际信任关系的“电子信任”,即数字环境中人与智能机器之间的信任。其次,本文分析了人机交互关系中信任问题的表现及其成因。在人机交互关系中,信任问题呈现出多种方式,本文重点分析“信任不足”与“信任过度”这两方面问题,并结合具体的数据问题与算法问题展开讨论。在澄清人机交互关系中信任问题的现实表现的基础上,本文试图剖析其成因,即人对智能机器的期望态度、智能机器自身的可信度以及人机之间的交互程度,这三个方面的原因共同导致了人机之间的信任问题。最后,本文提出建构人机交互关系中良性信任的实践对策,即调整人对智能机器的期望态度、提升智能机器自身的可信度和寻求交互关系中的信任平衡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human-machine interaction refers to the interaction between human beings and intelligent machines.In the process of human-intelligent machine interaction,human feel that human-machine interaction brings convenience and comfort to human production and life,but also face possible risks in the interactive relations,such as privacy disclosure,data ownership,social justice and so on.Based on the potential risks in human-machine interaction,the trust problem caused by it has also received a certain degree of attention.How can one trust an intelligent machine in an interactive relations? What is the credibility of intelligent machines?How does the degree of human-machine interaction affect the trust relations? This paper discusses these specific trust issues in human-machine interaction to promote the establishment of benign human-machine interaction relations.Firstly,on the basis of reviewing the development of human-machine interaction relations,this paper analyzes the emergence of "e-trust" in human-machine interaction relations,which is different from the traditional interpersonal trust relations,namely the trust relations between human and intelligent machine in digital environment.Secondly,this paper analyzes the performance and causes of trust problems in human-machine interaction.In human-machine interaction,the trust problem presents a variety of ways.This paper focuses on the analysis of "insufficient trust" and "excessive trust",and discusses the specific data problems and algorithm problems.On the basis of clarifying the actual performance of trust problem in human-machine interaction,this paper tries to analyze its causes,namely,the expectation attitude of human to intelligent machine,the credibility of intelligent machine itself and the degree of human-machine interaction,which jointly lead to the trust problem between human and intelligent machine.Finally,this paper proposes some practical measures to construct benign trust in human-machine interaction,that is to adjust human’s attitude towards intelligent machines,to improve the credibility of intelligent machines,and to seek trust balance in interactive relations.更多还原
