鄂托克前旗旅游产业优化升级路径研究

【摘要】 位于内蒙古自治区西南部的鄂托克前旗历史底蕴深厚,自然旅游资源和人文旅游资源颇为丰富,然而,通过数据统计和发展现状分析发现,鄂托克前旗旅游收入、旅游人次、旅游产业结构等重要指标与国内旅游强县相比存在较大差距。随着大众旅游时代到来,如何优化鄂托克前旗旅游产业发展方式,促进产业间深度融合,驱动县域经济高质量发展,是一个亟待破解的现实问题。本文以产业融合理论、产业链理论、产业结构理论为基础,阐释鄂托克前旗旅游资源分布情况和旅游产业发展现状,进一步借助问卷调查、实地走访、系统分析等研究方法,厘清鄂托克前旗旅游产业发展过程中所面临的现实困境:旅游产品结构以初级资源供给为主、旅游产业融合不足、客源来源过于集中、旅游产业资源空间布局不均衡、旅游产业发展的数字化进程滞后、旅游产业链有待延伸。由此从不同维度提出鄂托克前旗县域旅游产业优化升级的路径启示:一是推动县域旅游产业结构优化;二是促进旅游产业深度融合发展;三是优化旅游产业空间布局;四是释放周边地区旅游产业的协同效应;五是加快推动数字旅游建设;六是推进旅游产业链延伸。文章的研究贡献在于:一是已有文献对我国民族地区县域旅游研究更多集中在民族文化领域,缺乏旅游产业优化升级的融合路径研究,本文以内蒙古鄂托克前旗作为案例,探究鄂托克前旗旅游产业优化升级路径,为西部民族地区旅游产业高质量发展提供一个多元融合视角。二是不同民族地区旅游产业优化升级研究需要进行差异化分析,本文基于鄂托克前旗旅游产业的发展现状及问题分析,综合运用多种技术手段和研究方法,有针对性地提出了鄂托克前旗旅游产业优化升级路径,从而为鄂托克前旗旅游经济高质量发展提供了一条切实可行的实践路径。

【Abstract】 Otog Front Banner,located in the southwest of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,has a profound historical background and is rich in natural tourism resources and cultural tourism resources.However,through data statistics and development status analysis,it is found that there is a certain gap between Otog Front Banner and domestic strong tourism counties in terms of important indicators such as tourism income,tourism person times and tourism industrial structure.With the arrival of the era of mass tourism,how to optimize the development mode of tourism industry in Otog Front Banner,promote the deepening integration among industries,and drive the high-quality development of county economy is a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently.Based on the industrial integration theory,industrial chain theory and industrial structure theory,this paper explains the distribution of tourism resources and the development status of tourism industry in Otog Front Banner,and further clarifies the practical difficulties faced in the development of tourism industry in Otog Front Banner with the help of research methods such as questionnaire survey,field visit and systematic analysis: the structure of tourism products is dominated by the supply of primary resources,the integration of tourism industry is insufficient The source of tourists is too concentrated,the spatial distribution of tourism resources is uneven,the digitalization process of tourism industry development lags behind,and the tourism industry chain needs to be extended.This paper puts forward the path enlightenment of the optimization and upgrading of the county tourism industry in Otog Front Banner from different dimensions: first,promote the optimization of the county tourism industry structure;Second,promote the deep integration and development of tourism industry;Third,optimize the spatial layout of tourism industry;Fourth,release the synergy of tourism industry in surrounding areas;Fifth,accelerate the construction of digital tourism;Sixth,promote the extension of the tourism industry chain.The research contributions of this article are as follows: first,the existing literature on County Tourism in ethnic areas in China focuses more on the field of ethnic culture,and lacks the research on the integration path of tourism industry optimization and upgrading.This paper takes the Otog Front Banner in Inner Mongolia as a case to explore the optimization and upgrading path of tourism industry in Otog Front Banner,so as to provide a multi integration perspective for the high-quality development of tourism industry in western ethnic areas.Second,the research on the optimization and upgrading of tourism industry in different ethnic areas needs to be differentiated.Based on the analysis of the development status and problems of tourism industry in Otog Front Banner,this paper puts forward the optimization and upgrading path of tourism industry in Otog Front Banner by comprehensively using a variety of technical means and research methods,so as to provide a practical path for the high-quality development of tourism economy in Otog Front Banner.
