【摘要】 随着经济全球化发展和企业竞争环境的变化,跨境电商企业间的竞争逐渐转变为其所在供应链的竞争。作为企业竞争力的源泉,创新活动也从企业内部的独立创新扩展到了供应链企业之间的协同创新。很多企业也逐渐意识到供应链协同创新的重要性并开始与其供应商和客户等供应链上下游企业协同开展创新活动,但由于缺乏理论与实践指导,能够高效地利用这种创新模式的企业仍在少数。鉴于此,本文以跨境电商企业为例,探究供应链协同创新与组织绩效的关系。本文首先在文献梳理以及了解跨境电商企业供应链各个环节的基础上,从供应链个体企业层、供应链组织间以及外部环境三个层面选取了影响供应链协同创新的四个关键因素:技术创新、信息技术、供应链集成、协同创新环境,并构建了研究模型;然后,以23家A股上市跨境电商企业作为样本,运用定性比较分析方法分析样本企业供应链协同创新对组织绩效的影响路径。研究发现,供应链企业协同创新对组织绩效的影响不是单一因素作用的结果,而是多个因素相互作用、共同影响。这些因素的组合主要通过技术创新吸引型、供应链整合促进型、寻求协同创新提升型三种组态达到高组织绩效,其中较好的协同创新环境是三种组态识别出来的一致的核心因素,成为导致企业高绩效需要给予重视的协同创新因素。本文尝试从整体视角解释供应链协同创新对单个企业组织绩效的影响,丰富了供应链协同创新对组织绩效的研究。同时,为跨境电商企业提供了三条提高组织绩效的供应链协同创新路径,企业可以基于自身实际情况有针对性、有选择性地进行供应链协同创新,提高企业绩效,具有重要的实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the change of economic globalization and enterprise competition environment,the competition among cross-border e-commerce enterprises has gradually transformed into the competition of their supply chains.competition.As the source of enterprise competitiveness,innovation has also begun to expand from independent innovation within the enterprise to cooperative innovation among enterprises in supply chain.Many enterprises have gradually realized the importance of collaborative innovation in supply chain and have begun to carry out collaborative innovation activities with their suppliers and customers.However,due to the lack of theoretical and practical guidance,there are still few enterprises that can effectively use this innovation mode.In view of this,this paper takes cross-border e-commerce enterprises as an example to explore the relationship between supply chain collaborative innovation and organizational performance.Firstly,on the basis of literature review and understanding of each link of the supply chain of cross-border e-commerce enterprises,this paper selects four key factors that affect the collaborative innovation of the supply chain from the aspects of individual supply chain enterprises,supply chain organizations and the external environment: technology Innovation,information technology,supply chain integration,collaborative innovation environment.On this basis,the research model of this article is constructed;Then,this paper takes 23 A-share listed cross-border e-commerce enterprises as samples,and uses qualitative comparative analysis method to analyze the influence path of supply chain collaborative innovation on organizational performance of sample enterprises.It is found that the influence of supply chain enterprise collaborative innovation on organizational performance is not the result of single factor,but the interaction and joint influence of multiple factors.The combination of these factors can achieve high organizational performance mainly through three configurations,among which the better collaborative innovation environment is the consistent core factor identified by the three configurations,and becomes the collaborative innovation factor leading to high enterprise performance that needs to be paid attention to.This paper attempts to explain the impact of supply chain collaborative innovation on the organizational performance of a single enterprise from a holistic perspective,which enriches the research on the effect of supply chain collaborative innovation on organizational performance.At the same time,it provides three supply chain collaborative innovation paths for cross-border e-commerce enterprises to improve organizational performance.Enterprises can make targeted and selective supply chain collaborative innovation based on their actual situation to improve enterprise performance,which has important practical significance.更多还原
