A碱化工有限公司竞争战略研究

【摘要】 纯碱素有“化工之母”的美称,是重要基本化学原料,对我国国民经济有着十分重要的保障意义。近年来我国纯碱产业发展迅速,氨碱法、联碱法、天然碱法三种制碱工艺并存,2019年我国以纯碱年产量3247万吨跃居为纯碱生产第一大国。在纯碱产能大幅扩张的背后是产业下游需求震荡与即将面临供过于求的困境。随着我国供给侧改革的不断深化,国家宏观调控力度及环保要求增强,纯碱行业可能面临重新洗牌。A碱化工有限公司(以下简称A公司)是我国以天然碱法制碱的代表性企业,拥有丰富的天然碱矿资源以及较高的纯碱产能。相较于氨碱法和联碱法,天然碱法制碱有着低成本、高品质、环保绿色等独特优势,但A公司的市场表现与其产能地位不相匹配,在国际国内纯碱市场的占有率仍有不小的提升空间。因而,探索研究A公司的竞争战略无论对A公司还是对整个纯碱产业来说都具有深远意义。本文以A公司为研究对象,在描述公司现状的基础上,运用“PEST”模型、五力模型等环境分析工具对公司所处内外部环境进行定性研究。在明确影响A企业关键环境要素的基础上采用“AHP层次分析—SWOT分析模型”对A企业的机会、威胁、优势、劣势进行定量研究,并据此提炼公司竞争战略——低成本战略。通过本文研究,以期为A公司竞争战略的制定、经营目标的实现、竞争地位的提升提供参考。同时也对纯碱市场结构优化、产业效益提升提供一定的借鉴。

【Abstract】 Soda ash,known as the "mother of chemical industry",is an important basic chemical raw material,which has a very important guarantee significance for China’s national economy.In recent years,China’s soda industry has developed rapidly,with the coexistence of ammonia soda process,combined soda process and natural soda process.In2019,China will become the largest soda production country with an annual output of32.47 million tons.Behind the substantial expansion of soda production capacity is the shock of downstream demand and the dilemma of oversupply.With the deepening of China’s supply side reform and the strengthening of national macro-control and environmental protection requirements,the soda industry will face a reshuffle.A alkali chemical Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as A Company)is A representative enterprise in China that uses trona to make alkali.It has rich natural alkali mineral resources and high soda production capacity.Compared with ammonia alkali method and combined alkali method,trona alkali process has unique advantages such as low cost,high quality,environmental protection and green,but A company’s market performance is not matched with its capacity position,and there is still A lot of room for improvement in the share of the international and domestic soda soda market.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to explore and study the competitive strategy of A Company and the whole soda soda industry.In this paper,a company as the research object,on the basis of describing the current situation of the company,using "pest" model,five forces model and other environmental analysis tools to carry out qualitative research on the internal and external environment of the company.On the basis of defining the key environmental factors that affect enterprise a,this paper makes a quantitative study on the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of enterprise a by using AHP SWOT analysis model,and refines the company’s competitive strategy low cost strategy.Through this study,in order to provide a reference for the establishment of a company’s competitive strategy,the realization of business objectives and the promotion of competitive position.At the same time,it also provides some reference for the optimization of soda market structure and the improvement of industrial efficiency.
