富水岩溶隧道渗流特征及岩溶防治技术研究

【摘要】 本文依托实际工程济南至泰安高速公路,基于大量的隧道岩溶处治资料与工程实践,综合采用理论分析、数值模拟和归纳总结等方法,研究分析了岩溶填充物类型、充水溶洞尺寸及水压大小、注浆圈加固厚度及渗透系数等因素对隧道衬砌外水压以及渗流场的影响,并在以上研究成果的基础上进行隧道岩溶防治技术研究。主要研究内容及结论如下:(1)依托实体工程济南至泰安高速公路小佛寺隧道,通过数值计算的方式,揭示了岩溶填充物类型、充水溶洞尺寸及水压对隧道衬砌外水压力分布以及渗流规律的影响特征。(2)针对岩溶隧道渗流规律影响因素多、影响规律繁杂的特点,采用数值模拟的方法,揭示了隧道周边注浆圈不同厚度和渗透系数条件下的隧道水压分布规律以及衬砌结构的内力响应。随着注浆圈厚度增大,衬砌水压力降低,导致衬砌所受内力值普遍减小,因此增大注浆圈厚度有利于结构安全;随着注浆圈渗透系数的逐渐减小,衬砌水压力降低,隧道衬砌结构安全系数有所提高,因此注浆圈渗透系数的逐渐减小即注浆堵水效果的提高有利于结构安全。(3)基于岩溶隧道衬砌结构实际工作状态以及病害防治现状,从岩溶隧道突水突泥预防原则、富水溶腔岩溶水处治原则研究入手,深入开展隧道富水岩溶防治技术研究。先充分考虑岩溶腔的规模尺寸、水量、水压大小等关键影响因素,进行溶腔富水程度分级,再结合岩溶地质特征与隧道衬砌结构实际工作状态,因地制宜,制定出规模对策、充填性对策、水对策,实现岩溶标准化治理。图[45]表[20]参[53]

【Abstract】 Based on the actual project of Jinan Tai’an expressway,based on a large number of tunnel karst treatment data and engineering practice,using the methods of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and summary,this paper studies and analyzes the influence of karst filling type,water filling cave size and water pressure,grouting ring reinforcement thickness and permeability coefficient on the external water pressure and seepage field of tunnel lining,On the basis of the above research results,the prevention and control technology of tunnel karst is studied.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows(1)Based on the xiaofosi tunnel of Jinan Tai’an expressway,the influence of the type of karst filling,the size of water filled cave and the water pressure on the distribution of external water pressure and seepage law of tunnel lining is revealed by numerical calculation.(2)According to the characteristics of karst tunnel seepage law with many influencing factors and complicated influencing rules,the numerical simulation method is used to reveal the distribution law of tunnel water pressure and the internal force response of lining structure under the conditions of different thickness and permeability coefficient of grouting circle around the tunnel.With the increase of the thickness of grouting ring,the lining water pressure decreases,which leads to the internal force value of the lining generally decreases,so increasing the thickness of grouting ring is conducive to the structural safety;with the gradual decrease of the permeability coefficient of grouting ring,the lining water pressure decreases,and the safety coefficient of tunnel lining structure increases,so the gradual decrease of the permeability coefficient of grouting ring,that is,the improvement of the grouting water plugging effect,is conducive to the structural safety.(3)Based on the actual working state of karst tunnel lining structure and the status quo of disease prevention and control,the prevention principle of water and mud inrush in karst tunnel and the treatment principle of karst water in water rich karst cavity are studied,and the prevention technology of tunnel water rich karst is further studied.First,the scale,water volume,water pressure and other key factors of karst cavity are fully considered,and the water abundance degree of karst cavity is graded.Then,combined with the karst geological characteristics and the actual working state of tunnel lining structure,the scale countermeasures,filling countermeasures and water countermeasures are formulated according to local conditions,so as to realize the standardized treatment of karst.Figure[45]table[20]reference[53]
