【摘要】 伴随着我国经济社会快速发展,居民消费水平得到极大改善,对于居住环境及其品质的要求也在日益激增。对于高层居住小区地下车库而言,业主需求日趋多样化,现阶段地下车库难以满足使用者的不同需求,无法适应当下居住环境高品质发展的时代背景。因此,如何改善高层居住小区地下车库中存在的诸多问题,满足业主的行为需求,成为建筑师们亟待解决的重要问题。本文以高层居住小区地下车库使用者需求作为研究视角,通过对于业主的问卷调查和访谈,了解地下车库使用者的各项行为需求,并将其概括为三个方面:平面布局类需求、交通流线类需求、空间界面类需求。在此基础上,对高层居住小区地下车库中存在的问题进行有针对性的实地调研,结合地下车库使用者的行为需求,对高层居住小区地下车库三方面设计要点进行深层次的分析研究,条分缕析的对其进行总结。最后,以高层居住小区地下车库使用者需求为研究基础,结合地下车库的相关设计要点,通过集约化设计、智能化设计以及人性化设计的相关理念,得出基于使用者需求的高层居住小区地下车库设计的三方面研究成果:平面布局集约化设计;交通流线智能化设计;空间界面人性化设计。本文在使用者需求的研究基础上,针对高层居住小区地下车库中存在的诸多问题,提出较为系统的设计路径与技术指引,从而为高层居住小区地下车库设计提供可借鉴的实践基础和理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid economic and social development of our country,the consumption level of residents has been greatly improved,and the requirements for the living environment and its quality are also increasing rapidly.For underground garages in high-rise residential quarters,the needs of owners are becoming increasingly diversified.At this stage,underground garages cannot meet the different needs of users and cannot adapt to the current high-quality development of the living environment.Therefore,how to improve the many problems existing in the underground garage of high-rise residential quarters and meet the behavioral needs of the owners has become an important issue for architects to solve urgently.This article takes the needs of underground garage users in high-rise residential quarters as a research perspective.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews with owners,we understand various behavioral needs of underground garage users,and summarize them into three aspects:layout requirements,traffic flow Line requirements,spatial interface requirements.On this basis,a targeted field investigation was conducted on the problems existing in the underground garages of high-rise residential quarters,combined with the behavioral needs of users of the underground garages,to conduct in-depth analysis and research on the three design points of underground garages in high-rise residential quarters.To summarize it.Finally,based on the needs of users of underground garages in high-rise residential quarters,combined with the relevant design points of underground garages,through intensive design,intelligent design and humanized design related concepts,it is concluded that the underground of high-rise residential quarters based on user needs Three aspects of the research results of garage design:intensive design of plane layout;intelligent design of traffic flow lines;humanized design of space interface.Based on the research of user needs,this paper proposes a more systematic design path and technical guidelines for many problems existing in underground garages in high-rise residential districts,so as to provide practical and theoretical basis for the design of underground garages in high-rise residential districts.更多还原
