【摘要】 随着汽车行业在国内的快速发展,核心企业的不断壮大,上下游企业的发展完善,供应链管理的理念也逐渐应用于汽车行业。汽车供应链管理逐步完善及汽车供应链金融应用给整车制造商,上游供应商、下游经销商、金融机构及物流公司带来了多方共赢的局面。但是,多数学者从商业银行角度研究汽车供应链金融且多集中于合资汽车品牌的现状,使其无法满足高速增长的国产自主汽车品牌的实际需求。因此,本文从核心企业的角度出发,以GL汽车作为研究对象,对汽车供应链金融应用管理进行研究。本文在阐述汽车产业供应链金融基础理论的基础上,简析供应链金融的价值以及汽车供应链金融主要融资模式。同时结合GL汽车发展现状,对汽车供应链金融主要应用模式、经销商收益及企业战略提升三部分的分析,指出其在汽车供应链管理、汽车供应链金融授信、信息技术及第三方监管存在的问题。最终,提出GL汽车供应链金融管理体系优化方案:(1)通过信息技术与监管方式结合等方式优化GL汽车供应链金融现有应用管理模式;(2)完善汽车供应链金融环节,增加上游供应商管控;(3)整合新经销商准入及信用评级搭建经销商分级管理体系;(4)结合实际构建GL汽车供应链金融经销商风险管理体系。通过GL汽车供应链金融管理体系搭建,依托核心企业自身实力,由粗放型管理向精细化管理转变,实现信息透明化,为企业的未来发展筑建坚实的管理基础。本论文的完成,一方面可以充实国内国产自主汽车品牌供应链金融理论研究,另一方面为GL汽车供应链金融的未来发展提供了借鉴的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the automotive industry in China,the growth of core companies and the development of upstream and downstream companies,the concept of supply chain management has gradually been applied to the automotive industry.The gradual improvement of auto supply chain management and the application of auto supply chain finance to vehicle manufacturers,upstream suppliers,downstream distributors,financial institutions and logistics companies have brought a multi-win situation.However,most scholars study the automobile supply chain finance from the perspective of commercial banks and concentrate more on the status quo of joint-venture car brands,making it unable to meet the actual needs of domestic automaker brands that are growing at a high speed.Therefore,this article starts from the perspective of the core company,takes GL as the research object,and studies the financial application management of automobile supply chain.This paper,based on the basic theory of the automobile industry supply chain finance,briefly analyzes the value of supply chain finance and the main financing model of auto supply chain finance.At the same time,based on the status quo of the development of GL,the analysis of the three main parts of the application model of automobile supply chain finance,dealers’ revenue,and corporate strategic upgrades,points out that it exists in automobile supply chain management,automobile supply chain financial credit,information technology and third-party supervision.problem.Finally,the GL supply chain financial management system optimization plan was put forward:(1)Optimize the existing application management model of GL supply chain finance through the combination of information technology and supervision methods;(2)Improve the auto supply chain finance link and increase upstream supply business management and control;(3)Integrate new dealers’ access and credit rating to build distributors’ grade management system;(4)Combine the actual construction of risk management system for GL supply chain financial dealers.Through the establishment of the GL supply chain financial management system,relying on the strength of the core company,the company will shift from extensive management to refined management,achieve transparent information,and build a solid management foundation for the company’s future development.The completion of this dissertation can enrich the research on domestic supply chain finance theory of domestic auto brands,and on the other hand provide a reference for the future development of GL supply chain finance.更多还原
