PL公司库存管理优化研究

【摘要】 随着全球经济一体化的加深,世界范围内各行各业的竞争也变的更加激烈。电子代工制造业因其分工越来越精细和专业化,对其赢利能力的挑战越来越高。供应链库存管理作为生产运营的一环,是企业经营过程中是必要存在的,但如何储备合理的库存量是企业经营中的一个难题,如何降缩短交货周期,降低库存数量,减少库存金额和提高库存周转率成企业改善的对象。文中PL公司以多品种,小批量为业务模式,此业务模式需要适量的库存来支撑。作者以该公司库存管理为研究对象,应用了文献法和理论与实践相结合的研究方法来着力于解决PL公司库存管理中存在的问题。在研究和解决问题之前,作者先对论文涉及到的相关概念原理进行了阐述,包括供应链管理、库存管理、传统的库存控制方法、以及供应链环境下的库存管理法等;之后阐述了PL公司及库存管理现状和该公司库存管理中存在的主要问题,如需求预测不准确的问题、采购决策不合理、周转库存量过高、采购分配方式混乱、采购人员的业务水平能力限制等;针对高额库存产生的原因作者从企业内部和外部进行了分析,同时给出了解决的对策。最后作者采用了ABC库存管理法对PL公司当前高额的库存实施管控,在将ABC库存管理法在公司内运行4个月后,PL公司的库存数量与金额总体下降了3.14%,这表明选择ABC库存管理法是符合现阶段PL公司库存特点的。因此,作为其他企业库存管理的借鉴,如果要想在企业内部取得库存管理的成功,务必结合企业自身业务和库存的特点,然后选择一种适合本企业的库存管理方法,这样才能达成库存管理的目标。

【Abstract】 With the deepening of the global economic integration,the competition in all fields has become more and more intense.Electronic Manufacturing industry has been to more and more specialty and professional,meanwhile the profitability of the challenge is getting higher and higher to this industry enterprise.Supply chain inventory management is part of enterprise operation which is a necessary of enterprises.But how to manage the inventory to be a reasonable level becomes a managemental problem.Reduce and shorten the delivery cycle,lower inventory quantity,speed up inventory turnover is the objects of enterprise improvement.Company PL is working with high mix,low volume business model which need plenty quantity of inventory to support it.The author takes the inventory management as the research object and focuses on solving company PL existing inventory management issues.But before proceeding to solve the problems,the author first expounds the related concepts and theory involved in the paper,including supply chain management,inventory management,traditional inventory control methods,and inventory management under the supply chain environment,and then expounds the status of company PL and inventory management and the main existing stock management in the company.In order to solve the problem,such as the inaccuracy of demand forecast,unreasonable purchase decision,high quantity inventory,and limitation of the ability of purchasing personnel,the author analyses the causes of high stock from the inside and outside of the enterprise and provides the countermeasures to solve it.Finally,author choose ABC measures to control company PL inventory,by ABC measures operation of 4 months in company PL,inventory quantity and values amount has been improved 3.14%,this proves the choice of ABC inventory management is suitable for company PL at the present stage.Therefore,this is a model for other enterprises who wants to achieve inventory management success,must consider their own business and inventory practice,and then select a suitable inventory management method for the enterprise inventory management.
