装配式钢丝网架自保温夹心板力学及耐火性能研究

【摘要】 装配式建筑迅猛发展,对装配式建筑构件的性能了解更加迫切,本文将详细介绍预制墙板和楼板在荷载作用下的力学性能,以及两种板材的耐火试验分析,主要内容及成果如下:(1)预制结构钢筋混凝土相互配合紧密,具有良好的抗剪性能,并可以作为承重墙在建筑物中施工,在试验过程中,试验数据及现象呈现出夹心板的抗剪性能,并能凸显出其薄弱处,如:墙体与其他构件相连的节点处是最容易首先发生破坏处,需要工人们注意。(2)预制装配式钢丝网架水泥自保温墙板的耐火性能研究,试件在耐火试验期间能够持续保持耐火隔火性能的时间,试验结束,及观察试件的完整性,在实验过程中,未出现规范中提出的现象,即满足规范要求,该板的完整性未破坏。(3)通过对钢丝网架夹心混凝土楼板的抗弯试验,探究其作为受弯构件在荷载作用下的正截面受力变形性能及破坏特征,找出其薄弱位置,提出处理方案并通过计算分析夹心楼板的受力性能。(4)夹心楼板的耐火和保温隔热性能,在实验结束,进行数据及现象分析,在规定的时间内,楼板的挠度变化及温度变化均满足规范要求。即发现该板材在实际施工过程中的使用价值,也可以为我国设计该墙体和其施工规程提供依据,也是对我国发展新型复合墙体材料的很好尝试。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of assembled building,it is more urgent to understand the performance of assembled building components.This paper will introduce the mechanical properties of prefabricated wallboard and floor slab under load,and the fire resistance test analysis of two kinds of panels.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)Prefabricated reinforced concrete structures are closely matched with each other and have good shear resistance,and can be used as load-bearing walls in building construction.During the test,the test data and phenomena show the shear resistance of sandwich panels,and can highlight its weaknesses,such as: the joints between the wall and other components are the easiest.First,destruction occurs,which requires the attention of the workers.(2)Study on fire resistance of prefabricated self-insulating wall slab with steel wire mesh frame cement,the time for the specimen to maintain fire resistance and fire insulation during the fire resistance test,the end of the test,and the integrity of the specimen were observed.During the experiment,there was no phenomenon mentioned in the specification,that is,the integrity of the slab met the requirements of the specification.No damage.(3)Through the bending test of sandwich concrete slab with steel grid frame,the mechanical deformation performance and failure characteristics of its normal section under load are explored,the weak position is found,the treatment scheme is put forward and the mechanical performance of sandwich slab is analyzed by calculation.(4)Fire resistance and thermal insulation performance of sandwich floor,after the end of the experiment,data and phenomena analysis,in the specified time,the floor deflection and temperature changes meet the requirements of the code.That is to say,it is a good attempt to develop new composite wall materials in China.
