【摘要】 建筑能耗占我国总能耗的1/3,大型公共建筑因其特殊的功能需求,具有结构复杂,能耗较高的特点,存在巨大的节能潜力。本文通过研究大型公共建筑能源审计方法将建筑能源审计与计算机软件技术结合,快速准确地得出能耗分布,发现建筑能源利用的薄弱点,发掘节能潜力,通过综合考虑建筑各个因素以达到最大的节能效果。首先,本文参照美国ASHRAE标准,建立了能耗监测体系,结合《公共建筑能源审计导则》,提出了适用于公共建筑能源审计的审计方法。其次,对能源审计的数据统计及分析方法进行研究,给出调研信息模型及无法直接计量的能耗数据的统计计算方法,根据调研和计算所得数据,分析建筑能耗的总流向模型以及逐月能耗流向,应用最小二乘法拟合确定了能耗指标及部分指标值。应用本种能耗数据的统计和分析方法对西安某公共建筑进行能源审计,分析了商场的能耗状况。通过权重分析,找出重点节能方向,结合能耗模拟软件研究了建筑的节能潜力给出了节能方案。最后,本论文基于对能耗数据、能源审计方法和节能潜力方案等的研究,参考企业的软件审计策略,通过功能需求分析和审计分析模型的构建,采用B/S架构,实现了建筑能源审计与计算机软件的结合。本论文依据审计导则,提出了适合公共建筑的审计方法、数据统计计算方法和节能潜力分析方法,设计并实现了基于计算机平台的建筑能源审计软件,为审计工作提供了便捷、高效的途径,进一步推进建筑能源审计的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Building energy consumption accounts for 1/3 of our country’s total energy consumption,because of the special functional requirements and complex structure for large public buildings,it has high energy consumption and great potential of energy saving.This paper researches on the energy auditing method of large public buildings,combining building energy auditing with computer software technology,to obtain energy distribution rapidly and accurately and to discover the weakness of building energy use.At last it through the comprehensive consideration of various factors in the building achieve the greatest energy saving effect.First of all,this paper refers to the American ASHRAE standard,analysing the energy system and combine “Guidelines for Auditing Public Building Energy”,proposing an auditing methods for public building energy audits.Secondly,this paper research date statistics and analysis of energy audits to give the research information model and the energy consumption data statistical calculation method that can not directly measure.According to the research and calculation of the data,analyze the total flow model of building energy consumption and energy flow of every month.Then,determine energy consumption indicators and part of the index value by applying least squares method fitting.Audit a public building in Xi’an by applying this energy consumption data statistics and analysis methods and analyze the energy consumption of shopping malls.Based on the above analysis we find out the key energy-saving direction through weighting analysis and reach energy saving program combined with energy consumption simulation software to study the building’s energy-saving potential.At last this paper design and achieve the building energy consumption computer audit software which based on the research of energy consumption data,energy auditing methods and energy-saving potential programs and refer to the enterprise software audit strategy.And it use B/S architecture,through the construction of functional requirements analysis and audit analysis model.This paper proposed an audit method suitable for public buildings,data statistical calculation method and Energy-saving potential analysis method which based on audit guidance.It design and achieve the building energy consumption computer audit software and provides a convenient and efficient way for building energy auditing and promote the development of building energy audits better.更多还原
