绞吸式挖泥船水动力性能及作业能力分析

【摘要】 目前随着世界船舶运输业的不断发展,我国对港口建设和航道疏浚的需求不断加大,此外,国内沿海地区大型填海造陆工程不断出现,带动了绞吸式挖泥船的快速发展,我国设计建造的挖泥船为内河防洪、海洋资源开发和航运提供了强大的技术和设备保障。绞吸式挖泥船是一种结构复杂,高技术含量的海上作业装备。在设计过程中,其存在着众多的设计关键技术和难点。定位桩系统是此类船舶中关键技术之一,它受力复杂,破损率较高,亟需进行深入研究并改进。利用Fluent软件计算了7025型绞吸船在不同水深和来流攻角时的流载荷。7025型绞吸船为非流线型,与流线型的VLCC上的流力系数相比较,发现两种船型的纵向流力系数相差较大。另外,7025型绞吸船的桥架外形为面板上有许多开孔的方柱状,桥架受到的纵向流力随挖深增加,作业水深较大时作用在桥架的纵向流力将大于作用在船体上的流载荷,因此不可忽视。在挖泥工况,假设定位桩为刚性,即不考虑定位桩对绞吸船运动响应的影响。由于定位桩与抱箍之间的间隙很小,假设绞吸船在定位桩处的纵荡、横荡、横摇和纵摇运动受约束,只有垂荡和首摇运动。在波浪作用下,对绞吸船进行受力分析,推导了传递到定位刚桩上的波浪载荷的计算公式。在风、浪、流,绞刀载荷及横移缆作用下,分析了横向挖泥、纵向进刀和锚泊三种工况下,定位桩的受力与变形分析。计算了不同波况下绞吸船的波浪载荷,分析了绞吸船的极限作业能力,为其施工作业提供指导意见。绞刀吊离水面工况,将弹性定位桩简化为线性系统,通过在运动方程中增加附加刚度考虑弹性定位桩对绞吸船运动响应的影响。计算了绞吸船传递给定位桩下卡箍处的剪力与弯矩。
【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the world’s ship transport industry,China’s port construction and channel dredging demand continues to increase,in addition,the domestic coastal areas of large reclamation projects continue to emerge,driven by the rapid development of cutter suction dredger,China Design and construction of the dredger for the river flood control,marine resources development and shipping to provide a strong technical and equipment protection.The cutter suction dredger is a complex,high-tech marine equipment.In the design process,there are a lot of design key technologies and difficulties.The spud system is one of the key technologies in this kind of ship.It is complicated by force,high damage rate and it is urgent to study and improve it.Fluent software was used to calculate the current load of 7025 type cutter suction dredger at different water depth and incoming angle.7025 type cutter suction dredger is a non-streamlined type.Compared with the current force coefficient on the streamlined VLCC,it is found that the longitudinal current force coefficient of the two types is different.In addition,the shape of the ladder of the 7025 type cutter suction dredger is a square column with many openings on the panel.The longitudinal current force of the ladder is increased with the depth of the water.When the working depth is large,the longitudinal current force acting on the ladder will be greater than that on the hull,and therefore can not be ignored.In the dredging condition,it is assumed that the spud pole is rigid,that is,the effect of the spud pole on the motion response of the cutter suction dredger is not considered.Since the gap between the spud pole and the hoop is small,it is assumed that the surge,the sway,the roll and the pitch motion of the cutter suction dredger are constrained at the spud pole,and only have the heave and roll motion.Under the action of wave load,the force of the cutter suction dredger is analyzed,and the calculation formula of the wave load transmitted to the spud pole is deduced.Under the action of wind,wave,current,cutter load and swing mooring load,the force and deformation analysis of the spud pole are analyzed under the three kinds of working conditions: dredging transversely,advance longitudinally and anchor mooring.The wave load of the cutter suction dredger under different wave conditions is calculated,and the limit operation ability of the cutter suction dredger is analyzed,which provides guidance for its dredging operations.Ladder hanging from the surface conditions,the elastic spud pole is simplified as a linear system.The effect of elastic spud pole on the motion response of the cutter suction dredger is considered by adding additional stiffness to the motion equation.Calculate the shear force and bending moment of the cutter suction dredger to the clamp under the spud pole.
