行人视角下城市中心区街道空间的优化设计研究

【摘要】 街道作为城市公共空间的重要组成部分,是激发城市活力和公众参与社交活动的重要场所。街道在城市中所承担的角色也越来越受到大家的关注,“以人为本”的城市街道设计成为一种迫切需要。然而我国城市道路建设长期受传统规划模式和“车本位”政策观念的影响,仅注重“车行”,忽视行人和步行交通,由此带来街道尺度失衡、安全感缺失、空间品质下降、活力丧失等问题。街道上随处可见机动车停车和破碎化的步行空间,严重威胁到了行人和非机动车的出行安全。实际上,街道的使用主体是行人,城市交通的最终目的也是服务于人,是借助于各种交通工具实现人的转移。因此,有必要对现有的规划建设模式进行反思,重新审视街道在城市发展中起到的作用。本文以城市中心区街道空间为研究对象,综合运用文献研究、比较研究、实例研究等方法,从行人视角来探讨城市中心区街道空间的优化设计,实现从交通性道路向生活性街道的转变。文章分为五个部分,第一部分:阐述研究背景,总结国内外有关城市街道设计的理论与实践。明确研究目的和意义,按照提出问题—分析问题—解决问题的思路组织构建研究结构与框架。第二部分:通过调研观察街道环境上行人行为特征和发生活动,分析街道环境与行人行为活动之间的相互关系。在此基础上总结行人对街道空间的真实需求,为街道空间的优化提供依据。第三部分:对国内、外城市街道的建设现状进行对比分析。总结、借鉴欧美等国外城市街道建设的发展趋势与经验,通过调研总结、分析了我国现阶段城市街道建设的现状、存在问题及相关原因。第四部分:从行人视角来探讨城市中心区街道空间的优化设计。将行人安全置于街道设计的首要位置,通过一系列的策略和方法改善、创造步行优先的街道环境。宏观角度提出四种改善策略,微观角度提出具体优化设计方法,并从街道断面、街道交叉口、街道界面等几方面进行详细论述和总结。主张通过精细化和人性化的设计来降低路段和交叉口车速,提高街道步行环境的安全性和舒适性,塑造完整街道空间。第五部分:通过广州琶洲西区城市设计优化案例进行实例论证分析,探讨城市街道空间优化设计策略和方法的具体运用,理论联系实践,以供其它城市在进行城市设计时参考和借鉴。
【Abstract】 As an important part of urban public space,street is the important place to stimulate city’s vitality and participate in social activities for the public.The role which street plays in the city attracts more attention of all,"People-oriented" street design becomes an urgent need.However,Urban road construction in our country,is affected by the traditional planning model and the concept of “Car-oriented” for a long time.It just pays attention to cars,ignores the pedestrians and pedestrian traffic,thus brings problems,such as imbalance of street scale,lack of security,decrease of space quality,loss of vitality and so on.Motor vehicle parking which can be seen everywhere on the street,and fragmentation of walking space have brought threats to travel safety of pedestrians and non-motor vehicles seriously.In fact,pedestrians are the main users of the street.The ultimate purpose of the city traffic is serving and transfering human beings by using a variety of traffic tools.Therefore,It’s necessary to rethink the existing planning and construction model,to reexamine the roles,which street plays in city development.This paper takes street space in central district of city as the research object,and comprehensively uses methods of literature study,comparative study,case study and so on.By exploring the optimal design of street space from the perspective of pedestrians,so as to realize transformation from traffic road to living street.The article is divided into five parts.The contents of the first part include research background,the theories and practices of city street design and the research purpose and meaning.According to the thought of “problems-analysis-resolution” to organize the study structure and framework.The second part: By observing the pedestrian behavior characteristics and activities on the street to analyse the relationship between street environment and pedestrian activities,summarize the actual demands of pedestrians for the street space and provides basis for street space optimization.The third part: Comparing the present situation on city street construction at home and abroad.Summarizing the development trend and drawing lessons from foreign experience on city street construction,such as European and American.Through investigation and research,Summarizing and analyzing the present situation,the existing problems and the related reasons on street construction in our country.The fourth part: Exploring the optimal design of street space from the perspective of pedestrians.Putting the safety of the pedestrians in the first place on the street design.Througha series of strategies and methods to improve and create the street environment,which gives priority to walking.Putting forward four kinds of improved strategy from the macroscopic angle and specific optimization design methods from the microscopic view.Discussing and summarizing in details from aspects such as the street section,the street intersection,the street interface and so on.Reducing the speed of cars on road and intersection through refinement and humanized designs,to improve the security and comfort of street environment and create a complete street space.The fifth part: Making instance analysis through the urban design optimization case of Guangzhou Pazhou,west area.Discussing the specific application of strategies and methods on city street space optimization,combining the theory with practice,and providing reference for other cities.
