德化井式窑炉温数字化控制系统设计

【摘要】 自古以来,陶瓷就是我国文化遗产的重要组成部分,在中国内外享有很高的声望。在德化陶瓷发展的历史中,怎样提高炉温控制精度,实现陶瓷生产自动化,一直都是陶瓷从事者们关注的重点。随着微机技术、电力电子技术的高速发展,温度控制高度自动化、智能化在陶瓷领域的应用更加广泛,更加成熟。而以单片机为核心,采用先进人工智能PID调节算法的智能温度控制仪,因其功能强、体积小、操作简单、耗费成本低而得到广泛使用。本文详细分析了井式窑原温控系统,在掌握其控温原理、烧成工艺曲线要求和了解现代温控技术发展的基础上,提出以智能化数显温控仪为核心,以可控硅为执行元件,以热电偶为测温元件,建立井式窑炉温数字化控制系统。本文研究的主要内容:1、在分析井式窑原温控系统,并掌握其控温原理、烧成工艺曲线和了解现代温控技术发展的基础上,确定井式窑炉温数字化控制系统设计方案。2、完成智能温控仪表、热电偶传感器、可控硅、电流互感器、电炉丝等元器件的选用,并建立井式窑炉温数字化控制系统。3、研究PID控制算法和模糊控制相关理论,为井式窑控制参数设定提供必要的理论基础。4、完成温控仪表参数设定、程序编制,并对新设计的井式窑炉温数字化控制系统进行试烧验证。

【Abstract】 Ceramic is an important part of Chinese cultural heritage and enjoys a high reputation at home and abroad. In the history of the development of Dehua ceramics, technologies to enhance the precision of temperature control and to realize the automation in ceramic production are especially focused. With the rapid development of computer technology and power electronics technology, High automation and intellectualization of temperature control technology are more widely and more mature.The intelligent temperature controller, with single chip microcomputer and PID self tuning function, as its advantages of powerful function, small size, simple operation, low cost have been widely used in ceramic production.The temperature control system of the shaft kiln is analyzed in detail., On the basis of investigating the principle of temperature control firing process curves and understanding of the development of modern temperature control technology, this paper proposes a control scheme of well type kiln temperature, which consists of intelligent digital display temperature controller as the core, silicon elements as the executive component and thermocouple as temperature measuring element.The main contents of this paper:1. Determining the design scheme of well type kiln temperature control system based on the analysis of the original temperature control system, the principles of the temperature control, process curve and understanding of the development of modern technology.2. Completing the selection of the intelligent temperature controller, thermocouple sensor, silicon controlled rectifier, current transformer, electric furnace wire, and establishing a well type kiln temperature control system.3.Discussing control algorithm and fuzzy control theory, for the actual work of the well type kiln parameter setting is now provided the necessary theoretical basis.4. Completing the temperature controller parameters setting, program, and well test kiln burning test.
