【摘要】 当前中国社会正处于快速转型的特殊宏观大背景下,在社会快速、剧烈变革的过程中,校园内外环境也随之发生变化,必定会对身心尚未成熟的大学生产生巨大冲击,造成高校学生自杀事件屡屡发生。为了最大限度地减少和抑制大学生自杀这种过激行为的发生,切实保障大学生个人生命安全,促进社会、学校、家庭的和谐发展,本文以N大学为案例,采用问卷调查法和人物访谈法,通过对问卷和访谈的分析研究,发现N大学在大学生自杀的早期预警和干预工作中存在如下问题:缺乏明确的自杀预防的规章制度;缺少生命教育;师资力量薄弱;资金匮乏;自杀预防和干预方式落伍;缺乏全员参与的联动机制。由此,笔者对大学生自杀早期预警和防范工作提出如下建议:建立健全完善的自杀预防规章制度;加强生命教育宣传和普及力度;壮大专职心理教师队伍,提高其专业性;加大自杀预防和干预资金投入;利用现代互联网技术,开展创新型自杀预警和干预活动;建立学生自杀预防群体的联动机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current Chinese society is in the special macro context of the rapid transformation, which has dramatic changes in the process, both the internal and external campus environment also will be changed, it have a tremendous impact on the immature students’ psychology definitely. With the result of that, the events of students’ suicides occur frequently.In order to effectively minimize and suppress the occurrence of suicides college students, protect the personal safety of the students, maintain the stability of social, school, family, this article will be set N University as an example, use methods of questionnaires and interviews to find the problems in early warning and intervention of college students commit suicide: lacking of clear rules and regulations of suicide prevention, lacking of life education, a few number of professional teachers, lacking of funding and outdated suicide prevention and intervention, the short of full participation in the linkage mechanism. Thus, I make the following recommendations for college students commit suicide in early warning and prevention work: strengthening life education, increasing the number of full-time psychology teachers, improving their professionalism, increasing capital investment, using modern Internet technology to carry out innovative suicide prevention and intervention activities, establishing student suicide prevention group linkage mechanism.更多还原
