贵阳学院教师科研积分管理系统设计与分析

【摘要】 为充分调动和激励广大教师从事科研工作的积极性和主动性,客观公正地考核专业技术人员的科研工作,贵阳学院需要一套系统来衡量科研工作。其中科研工作就包括对科研项目、科研成果以及学校科研主管部门认定应计算科研工作量的其他活动,另外专业技术人员科研工作量为以上各部分工作量之和。在信息化越来越普遍的时代,大学的办公、管理也愈加的趋向于信息化和智能化,另外,大学对教师的科研水平也越来越重视,因而对教师科研水平的认识和考核也成为了大学办公和教育的重要组成之一,只有对教师的考核做到完善、公平,才能有效的提高学校的教师的整体科研水平,也能促进教师对科研的进一步的研究和探索。教师科研积分的管理涉及到科研项目积分管理、科研成果积分管理以及其它科研活动积分管理,这些积分的管理基本上涵盖了贵阳学院的教师科研情况,对完成科研的积分管理以及相关的考核工作提供了有力的帮助。在原有的科研积分的管理上,采用的是手工的管理模式,不仅效率比较低,而且特别容易造成误差,造成数据的错误以及部门之间的科研积分的不统一,这造成的误差不仅给学校整体的科研管理带来不便,而且对教师的科研水平的考核从侧面也产生了消极的影响。因此,只有一套完善的、符合科研积分管理与计算、开放性强、方便管理的科研积分管理系统才能帮助学校科学、有效、准确的掌握全校教师的科研积分水平,使得学校能通过信息化来对科研水平进行管理和相关的决策等。本系统采用的B/S(浏览器/服务器模式),科研积分管理系统的使用方便了教师根据需要可以随时的对自己的科研情况进行查询,有效的解决了院级部门和校级部门对科研积分的管理和审核。从而在本系统中采用信息化和科学化的手段实现了教师科研水平的整体一致化管理,这对于学院教师的科研水平的提高有着非常重要的意义。该系统的设计和初步应用将对对贵州省贵阳学院的教师整体科研水平的提高以及教师科研积分的有效管理提供了强有力的帮助和支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 To fully mobilize and inspire the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers engaged in scientific research, objective and fair evaluation of scientific research, professional and technical personnel to guiyang college need a system to measure the scientific research work. The projects in scientific research work including scientific research, scientific research and school decided that should be calculated by the competent department of scientific research work of other activities, and professional and technical personnel of scientific research work for more than the sum of the parts work. In the era of information is becoming more common, office and management at the university of also tend to have more information and intelligence, in addition, the university of teachers’ scientific research level is becoming more and more attention, thus understanding of teachers’ scientific research level and evaluation has become the university office and one of the important form of education, only the appraisal of teachers do perfect, fair, to effectively improve the research level of school teachers, teachers can promote the further study of scientific research and exploration. Teachers’ scientific research of integral management involves the integration or scientific research project management, management of scientific research management, and other scientific research activities integral, the integral management basically covers the guiyang college teachers’ scientific research, to complete the integral management of scientific research and related inspection work provides powerful help. On the original research of integral management, USES the manual management mode, not only the efficiency is low, and especially easy to cause error, cause data errors and the research of integral between departments is not unified, the error caused by not only bring inconvenience to the school scientific research management of the whole, and the appraisal of the teachers’ scientific research level has also had a negative effect from the side. Therefore, only a set of perfect, conform to the scientific research of integral management and convenient calculation, strong openness, management of scientific research management system can help the school scientific, effective and accurate grasp of the entire school teachers’ scientific research level of integral, made the schools can pass the information to manage the scientific research level and the relevant decisions, etc.This system adopts B/S (browser/server mode), the use of scientific research management system convenient teacher can at any time according to need to query their own scientific research, effectively solve the integration level hospital and school departments for scientific research management and audit.
