【摘要】 于2012年5月4日在中央电视台综合频道播出的电视纪录片《舌尖上的中国》，一经播出就受到社会各界的广泛关注，据统计，这部纪录片比以往同一时段播出的电视剧收视率超过百分之三十，瞬间引起“舌尖上的中国”热潮，在全国范围内引起了强烈的反响和饮食追捧，是我国纪录片又一新高和巨大的纪录片收视率突破，在国内及海外获得良好的口碑。而《舌尖上的中国2》作为2012年纪录片《舌尖上的中国》续集，在2014年4月18日在中央电视台综合频道和中央电视台纪录频道播出，又是中国纪录片收视的又一次高峰。这部纪录片采用高清摄像机拍摄技术拍摄，充分展现了食材在烹饪过程中的变化，将美食制作过程还原到极致；交错式的时空结构，将两个甚至更多不同时空中的片段经过蒙太奇的剪辑方式的联合在一起，推动主题的表达；镜头间的不断灵活应用使整部纪录片富有强烈的节奏感。不仅如此，纪录片内容也涵盖了当地的人文情怀，依托普通人的故事展现美食，有着以往专题类纪录片所不具有的故事性。接近生活、人情味十足、接地气、画面效果优良，使得这一部纪录片获得了前所未有的成功。本文将以这部纪录片为研究对象，采用文献调查法、数据分析法和个案分析法来进行研究，将引用结构主义经典叙事学的相关原理，从叙事语法的角度研究电视纪录片《舌尖上的中国》故事文本的情节、人物和环境，系统的分析这部电视纪录片的内在联系和普遍的结构分布规律，总结出这部纪录片的叙事风格，对我国纪录片叙事风格的发展提供借鉴。更多还原
