【摘要】 改革开放以来，我国物流业异军突起发展迅速，总体规模迅速增长，业务范围逐渐拓宽，物流服务水平得到显著提高，发展的条件也不断改善，特别是物流上市公司的发展为我国物流业的发展注入了新的活力。但是，发展过程中也凸显出越来越多的问题，这种状况固然有市场结构、国家基础设施等客观原因。然而，更重要原因是物流公司没有规模化发展且缺少有效的管理。定量刻画物流上市公司的管理有效程度是其有效管理的基础。然而针对如何评价物流上市公司管理有效程度的相关研究还相对不足。现有的对物流上市公司的经营管理状况的研究主要停留在绩效评价层面，针对这些不足，本文就物流上市公司管理有效性评价进行研究，为提升我国物流上市公司的管理水平提供参考。物流上市公司管理有效性评价的本质上是通过一些方法定量刻画物流上市公司管理的有效程度。本文首先构造管理可能集和管理前沿面，提出了管理有效性的一般形式。其次，本文根据物流上市公司的自身特点，以评价指标体系的设计原则为依据，利用系统分析方法，从盈利能力、偿债能力、运营能力、发展能力和市场化能力五个层次建立了物流上市公司绩效评价指标体系，提出了整合非线性模糊无量纲化方法和层次分析法的物流上市公司绩效综合评价方法。评价物流上市公司管理的有效程度一方面要分析其现在的绩效评价结果，另一方面还要看它们以往的绩效水平，就是它们自己的客观基础条件，即参考指数与当前指数。利用DEA方法，建立物流上市公司管理有效性评价模型。利用这种管理有效性评价方法，可以完全剔除测评价单元之间客观基础条件差别的影响，得出的评价结果显示了物流上市公司管理者的有效努力程度。最后，采用提出上述的评价方法，本文选取30家物流上市公司为样本进行了实证研究，并通过Tobit回归模型分析了影响管理有效性的因素。研究结果显示：管理有效性的评价方法可以完全消除掉物流公司之间客观基础条件的差异对管理效果评价产生的影响；样本中的那些管理有效程度较低的物流上市公司，还需要改进。评价结果为物流上市公司管理水平的提高提出了改进的区间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up, China’s logistics industry meteoric rise rapidly,the rapid growth of the overall size, scope of business is gradually expanding,logistics service level has been significantly improved conditions for developmentalso continues to improve, especially the logistics development of listed companiesfor the development of China’s logistics industry has injected new vitality. However,the development process also highlights the growing number of problems, althoughthere are objective reasons for this situation market structure, national infrastructure.However, a more important reason is that there is no large-scale development oflogistics companies and the lack of effective management. Quantitativecharacterization of logistics management of listed companies is the basis for theeffectiveness of its effective management. However, research on how to evaluate theeffectiveness of the logistics management of listed companies is still relatively low.Existing research on the logistics operation and management of listed companies tostay in the main level of performance evaluation for these shortcomings, this paperconducted a study on logistics management effectiveness evaluation of listedcompanies to provide a reference for the listed companies to enhance our logisticsmanagement. The nature of the logistics management of listed companies on thevalidity of the evaluation is done by some of the quantitative characterization of theeffectiveness of the logistics management of listed companies. Firstly, constructionmanagement and management may set frontier proposed general managementeffectiveness. Using this method of management effectiveness evaluation, can becompletely eliminated the influence of objective conditions based on the differencebetween the evaluation unit, the evaluation results obtained show the effective effortsof the logistics managers of listed companies. Finally, the proposed evaluation methoddescribed above, the paper selected30listed companies in logistics sample empiricalresearch, and through the Tobit regression model to analyze the factors that affectmanagement effectiveness.The results show that: Evaluation of management effectiveness can becompletely eliminated conditions affecting the difference between the objective basisfor management effectiveness evaluation logistics company generated; sample thosewith lower levels of effective logistics management of listed companies, but alsoneeds to be improved.
