道德视野下的青少年犯罪问题研究

【摘要】 随着我国市场经济的快速发展,多元文化的存在与交融,教育的偏斜与失当,社会不良因素的泛滥等问题的影响,青少年犯罪问题正日益成为一个尖锐的社会问题。中国青少年犯罪研究会统计资料显示近年来青少年犯罪总数已经占到全国刑事犯罪总数的70%以上,引起了社会各界的广泛关注,成为严重的社会问题之一,部分学者甚至将其和环境污染、吸毒贩毒并列为世界三大公害。本文意图站在道德的视野下分析青少年犯罪的主要原因并且从中找到青少年犯罪预防与治理的策略。论文主要分为四个部分,第一部分主要介绍了国内外对青少年犯罪的研究状况阐明本文写作思路。第二部分主要解释了青少年和青少年犯罪的含义与特征,’并且分析了其与成年人犯罪的区别及危害。第三部分开始是论文的主体部分,主要从道德视野下解释青少年犯罪的原因,包括外部的社会道德教育缺失以及自身的道德修养不足。第四部分主要阐述了如何通过道德来预防和治理青少年犯罪。青少年是国家、民族的未来,但就目前来说我国学界在研究青少年犯罪问题时往往都是从其法律政策、生理遗传、心理活动、教育方式及社会环境等方面进行分析。虽然在其中学者们从没有否认过道德对于青少年犯罪预防及治理的重要性,但却很少仅从道德的视野去看待青少年犯罪问题。笔者正是通过从道德的视野下探究影响因素及预防治理的方法以期能对减少青少年犯罪这一社会问题提供借鉴之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of market economy in our country, the existence of multicultural and blend, deflection and improper education, the problem such as the spread of the unhealthy social effect, juvenile delinquency problem is increasingly becoming a sharp social problems. Statistics show that Chinese society of juvenile delinquency in recent years, juvenile crime has accounted for the total more than70%of the total number of national criminal, caused the widespread attention from all walks of life, become one of serious social problem, some scholars even its and environmental pollution, drug and listed as the world’s three largest public hazards. This paper intended to stand in the perspective of the moral analysis of juvenile delinquency and find the main reasons for juvenile delinquency prevention and management strategy.Thesis mainly divided into four parts, the first part mainly introduces the study of juvenile delinquency situation at home and abroad to clarify thinking of writing in this paper. The second part mainly explains the teenagers and the meaning and characteristic of juvenile delinquency, and analyses the difference between its and adult crime and harm. The third part is the main part of the thesis, mainly from the perspective of ethics to explain the cause of juvenile delinquency, divided into external loss of moral education of society and their own moral accomplishment. The fourth part mainly expounds how to prevention and treatment of juvenile delinquency by moral.Youth is the future of the country, nation, but for the moment when our country academic circles in the study of juvenile delinquency problem often comes from its legal policy, physiological and genetic, mental activities, education mode and social environment, etc were analyzed. Although in which scholars have never deny the importance of morality for juvenile delinquency prevention and governance, but little only from a moral perspective to look at juvenile crime problem. It is through from the perspective of ethics to explore the influence factors and prevention management methods in order to reduce juvenile crime is a social problem for reference.更多还原
