大学生思想政治教育的个性化教育研究

【摘要】 21世纪是知识化、信息化的时代,它对人才的要求不仅是知识广博,还要求人才具有丰富的情感、健康的个性,应德才兼备,全面发展,和谐发展。因此,培养人的健康个性成为近年来各国德育凸显的重要内容。加强思想政治教育的个性化教育研究对于体现思想政治教育的性质,提高思想政治教育的有效性,培养受教育者的个性,促进其创新性,最终实现其素质的全面发展具有重大意义。本文首先从整体上对个性化教育进行探索,力求准确界定个性,揭示个性化教育的内涵,阐述思想政治教育的个性化教育的定义、内容及特点。在概括大学生思想政治教育的个性化教育内涵的基础上,探讨在大学生思想政治教育中加强个性化教育的理论与现实依据。从理论视角看,在思想政治教育中加强个性化教育有科学发展观、因材施教思想、多元智力理论和人本主义教育思想为其提供依据;从现实出发,中国现代化发展的客观要求和高校培养创新型人才的内在需求两个方面反映出加强个性化教育是思想政治教育发展的必然趋势。随之在大学生思想政治教育的个性化教育现状分析中,总结其发展成效,剖析其在教育内容、教学方法等五个方面所面临的问题及原因,为实施策略的提出做铺垫。思想政治教育作为以促进人的全面发展为目标的教育活动,必须紧跟时代步伐,科学分析和把握当代大学生的个性特征,转变教育观念,结合以培养学生主体性、独特性和创造性为主的个性化教育;根据个性化教育目标和大学生心理发展规律,优化教学内容,结合实践;改革创新教学方式方法,突出个性化教育的艺术;加强思想政治教育队伍建设,建立新型师生关系;优化环境,实现隐性个性化教育;构建个性化的评价机制,真正实现社会发展和个体发展的和谐统一。

【Abstract】 The21st century is time of knowledge and information. Being real capable man in it, they no longer just need profound knowledge, they have to be equipped with good morality, rich emotion and healthy individuality. It requires them to grasp both knowledge and morality to develop in all different aspects. So sound individualized education is more and more important in moral education in every country in the world recently years. Strengthening the research of individualized education of university ideological and political education will have the great significance, which will manifest the nature of the ideological and political education, increase the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, cultivate educatee’s individuality to promote their innovation and finally improve person’s comprehensive quality.This article has discussed the exploration and the research of the individualized education in the whole, made every effort accurately to limit the individuality, promulgate the connotation of the individualized education, the definite content of individualized education and elaborate definition, content and characteristic of the individualized education of university ideological and political education. Based on summarizing the meaning and content for the individualized education of university ideological and political education, this paper probes the theoretical and practical roots. From a theoretical view, the theory to strengthen the individuality education include scientific outlook on development, individualized method of instruction, theory of multiple intelligence and humanistic educational thought; considering the reality, the irresistible trend to strengthen the individuality education include an objective requirement of the modernization in China and the inner demand to foster innovative people.Then in the the status analysis of the individualized education of university ideological and political education, in order to put forward enforcement strategy, this article summarizes its development achievements, and analyzes its problems and reasons that the individualized education of university ideological and political education faced comes from the educational content, educational method, such as the following five aspects.The ideological and political education, taking person’s full scale development as the goal, must keep up with the time closely, scientifically analyses and grasps the contemporary university student’s individuality characteristic, respects the university student subject consciousness, constructs ideological and political theory education content system that conforms to the contemporary university student individualized development, lays stress on the method and art of individualized education of university ideological and political education, improves teacher’s quality and forms new-type relationship between teacher and student, builds campus culture environment that is advantageous for the university student individualized development, and constructs appraisal mechanism for individualized education of university ideological and political education, so as to truly realize the social development and the individual development harmonious unification.
