企业社会责任与出口贸易的关系

【摘要】 :随着经济全球化的深入发展,企业社会责任越来越受到各国官方组织、民间组织、各国政府和企业的重视。中国经济自改革开放以来取得了举世瞩目的发展,也使得中国经济与世界经济的关系越来越紧密。与此同时,在片面追求GDP的思想指导下,中国企业的社会责任问题也日益凸显。企业社会责任是指在市场经济体制下企业除了为股东追求利润负有责任外,也应该考虑相关利益人的利益。结合利益相关者理论,本文把企业社会责任分为企业对消费者、员工、社区、环境和政府的社会责任。首先用定性分析的方法研究了推行企业社会责任标准对我国出口贸易的影响,得出了长远来看推行企业社会责任标准会对我国的出口贸易产生积极影响的结论。然后利用长沙星沙开发区企业的调查数据,通过独立样本T检验的方法和pearson相关性检验的方法。对企业社会责任标准相关的指标做实证分析。包括七项分指标:维护员工权益的指标、守法经营指标、环境保护指标、企业可持续发展指标、企业社区建设指标、慈善捐款、社会责任管理指标;和一项总指标:企业社会责任指数。得出了内销企业与外销企业在履行企业社会责任标准问题上存在差异性,并且外销企业履行企业社会责任存在缺失的现状,以及企业社会责任标准与出口贸易之间存在正相关关系的结论。最后从政府和企业的层面提供了政策建议,为我国企业走上国际贸易竞争的可持续发展道路提供一定参考。

【Abstract】 With the in-depth development of economic globalization, corporate social responsibility is more and more taken seriously by countries official organizations, civil society organizations, governments and enterprises. Since reform and opening up, China’s economy has achieved remarkable development, China’s economic links with the world economy is more and more closely. At the same time, under the guidance of pursuiting GDP, China’s corporate social responsibility issues are also increasingly highlighted.Corporate social responsibility refers to the enterprises under the market economy system in addition to be responsible for the pursuit of profit for shareholders, should also consider the relevant people’s interests. Combined with the stakeholder theory, this article divides the corporate social responsibility into social responsibility to consumers, employees, communities, environment and government. Firstly this article use the qualitative analysis method to study the influence of corporate social responsibility standards on export trade, it is concluded that the implement of corporate social responsibility standards will have a positive impact on our country’s export trade in the long runThen using the enterprises survey data of changsha xingsha development zone, Using the method of independent sample T test and Pearson correlation test to do empirical analysis. Includes seven indicators:the indicators of the rights and interests of employees, the indicators of compliance management,the indicator of environmental protection, the indicators of sustainable development, the indicators of community construction, charitable donations, the indicators of social responsibility management; And a total indicators:the indicators of corporate social responsibility. The following conclusions are drawn:the domestic and export enterprise are different in the performance of the corporate social responsibility, at present the export enterprises do not do enough in corporate social responsibility, and there is a positive correlation between the corporate social responsibility and the export trade. Finally this artical provides policy Suggestions from the government and enterprise level, to provide certain reference to our country enterprise to go on a path to the sustainable development in the international trade competition.
