【摘要】 20世纪80年代,随着国际分工的深化发展,生产性服务业从制造业内部分离出来,作为制造业和服务业的粘合剂,生产性服务业成为了现代服务业的重要组成部分。各国政府纷纷将注意力转向生产性服务贸易,将其放置于经济发展的核心或战略地位,试图通过发展生产性服务贸易更好地参与国际分工和发展国内经济。与此同时,世界各地区都在加强区域经济合作。中国与东南亚地区国家谈判,并即将达成的区域全面经济伙伴关系将对中国经济发展产生重大影响,包括为中国生产性服务贸易带来的机遇与挑战。本文阐述了目前亚洲地区区域经济合作的最新进展状况,收集与生产性服务贸易相关的大量文献,根据世界贸易组织中服务贸易中服务的分类方式界定了生产性服务贸易的概念及种类,整理了世界贸易组织服务贸易数据库中,中国和这些谈判国家2003—2012最近十年生产性服务贸易的结构、进出口额等最新数据,使用国际市场占有率、贸易竞争优势指数和显示性比较优势指数这三个衡量服务贸易竞争力的指标,定量分析这些谈国家生产性服务贸易的国际竞争力水平,并且比较分析了这些国家的各个具体生产性服务业的竞争力。分析目前中国各具体生产性服务贸易的优势与不足,在该区域合作中将面临哪些国家生产性服务业的竞争压力。提出了加强培养服务型人才、优化生产性服务贸易机构、提高服务业在国民经济中的地位、扩大服务业对外开放和对生产性服务贸易直接的支持政策,以提高中国生产性服务贸易竞争力水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 In1980s, with the further developing of the international division of labor, producer services separate from inside of manufacturing, as a binder in manufacturing and services, producer services has become an important part of modern service industry. Many governments have turned their attention to the trade of producer services, which was placed in the core or strategic position of economic development. Governments participate to develop the economies and improve their position of international division of labor through the development of production trade services. At the same time, most regions of the world are strengthening regional economic cooperation. China and Southeast Asian countries to negotiate and is about to reach a regional comprehensive economic partnership will have a significant impact on China’s economic development, bring opportunities and challenges to China’s production trade services.This dissertation describes the latest situation of regional economic cooperation in Asia, collects a large number of documents related to producer service, according to the classification of the WTO trade in services defines the concept of producer service and type of producer service in trade, sorting the WTO Trade in Services database and collected and collated the latest data of2003to2012ten years of these negotiations on trade in services in the WTO Trade Service database. Use international marketshare, competitive trade index and revealed comparative advantage index three indicators to measure the competitiveness of producer services in trade. Analyze the production trade service competitiveness level of these negotiations in quantitative. And analyze the current strengths and weaknesses of each specific production services trade in China, and what competitive pressures faced by producer services in the region. At last, this dissertation proposes strengthening personnel in training services, optimizes production services trade ognization, advances the importance of the services sector in the national economy, expands the opening up of service sector, and more direct support policy to the trade of producer service to improve the level of competitiveness of Chinese production trade services.更多还原
