大学生“考公务员热”的理想类型研究

【摘要】 高校扩招带来了毕业生的大幅增加,在高校学生众多的职业选择中,公务员这一职业愈发抢手,“考公务员热”也成为近年的热点话题之一。通过对“考公务员热”这一社会行动发展情况进行梳理,提炼考公务员大学生群体的特点,分析“考公务员热”的原因,进而运用马克思·韦伯的理想类型概念体系,结合韦伯与哈贝马斯关于社会行动的理论,提出以社会行动的指向性与动机为导向,以社会性和理性为分类维度的大学生“考公务员热”行为的理想类型,将其分为四种理想类型,即社会理性的公务人型,非社会理性的经济人型,社会非理性的执行者型和非社会非理性的失判者型,运用质性访谈的研究方法,在研究中验证了理论假设,并通过对研究的效度进行反思,排除研究过程中主观性的介入,来保证本研究成果的客观性。

【Abstract】 College enrollment has brought substantial increase in graduates, as an occupation, the civil servant become more and more popular. The behavior of ’civil servant examination fever’ turns into a public issue. After teasing the development history of this social action, we found the characteristic of the college students who take part in the civil servant examination, and analysis the reason why it became so popular. Then, using the ideal type created by Max Weber, the social action theory created by Max Weber and Jurgen Habermas as the theoretical foundation, using sociality and ration as the dimension, and finally making the ideal type system oriented by motivation. We divided it into four types:namely rational-social type the public servant, rational-asocial type-the economic man, irrational-social type-the executor, and irrational-asocial type-the judgments loser. By utilizing the method of qualitative interviews, we verify the theoretical assumptions, meanwhile, do the validity analysis to ensure the objectivity of the research results.
