【摘要】 随着新生代农民工在流动人口比重中的不断加大,社会融合已成为当今社会理论与实践研究的重点。而NGO在促进社会融合当中的作用也愈发明显。本文采用了文献研究与实地调查相结合的方式进行,以社会融合理论为理论基础。对国内外社会融合问题研究以及NGO在其中的作用进行初步梳理的前提下,借用先人研究成果,结合福州市流动人口调查,以及金山工业区内的社区服务调查,进一步了解、分析新生代农民工的社会融合现状及需求。最后再通过访谈以及问卷调查的形式对福州工友之家的项目实践作出分析,了解其对于新生代农民工社会融合的具体影响。并结合社会工作的三大工作手法,对NGO如何在实践中促进新生代农民工社会融合作出对策分析,指出：第一,NGO应加强社区工作,促进社区参与；第二,推进小组工作,促进个人资本的提升；三是开展生态系统理论支持下的个案工作,促进新生代农民工对于社会网络资源的了解与应用,进而推进社会融合。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the new generation of migrant workers in the proportion of the floating population increasing, social integration has become a focus in the study of theory and practice of today’s society. And the role of non-government organizations in promoting social inclusion is also increasing obviously. This paper adopts literature research and field investigation combined manner, based on the theory of social inclusion theory. Research on social inclusion problems at home and abroad and the role of NGOs in the under the premise of a preliminary comb, use their research results, combined with the fuzhou surveys of the floating population, community service surveys conducted in the jinshan industrial zone, further understanding and analysis of present situation and the new generation of migrant workers social inclusion requirements. Finally, through interviews and questionnaires in the form of project practice to make analysis of fuzhou workers home, know that it is the specific influence for a new generation of migrant workers social inclusion, thus combined with the three methods of social work, of NGO how to promote the new generation peasant workers’ social inclusion in practice make a countermeasure analysis, pointed out that:firstly, the NGO community work should be strengthened, promoting community participation is the the basic of the work; Secondly, to promote team work, so as to promote the private capital of the new generation of migrant workers; Thirdly, to carry out the case work supported by ecological systems theory, so as to promote the new generation of migrant workers for the understanding and application of social network resources, and pushing the social inclusion.更多还原
