卫星海洋环境信息一体化组织与综合显示技术研究

【摘要】 目前,我国的海洋权益面临着诸多威胁,客观上对海洋环境信息的需求日益迫切。在诸多信息源中,卫星信息具有覆盖范围广、不受国家主权空间限制、全天候监控等突出优点,已成为海上信息化作战的重要数据保障。卫星海洋环境信息具有种类多、结构迥异、数据量大的特点,其高效组织和综合显示是作战应用的重点和难点。其中,前者是数据基础,后者是应用关键。论文围绕卫星海洋环境信息的高效组织与综合显示关键技术展开研究,主要工作如下:面向卫星海洋环境信息的高效组织,建立了基于作战任务的卫星海洋环境信息一体化数据模型并提出了其层次化组织方法。论文把作战任务同卫星海洋环境信息相关联,建立了一体化数据模型,该模型可以有效为作战任务提供所需的环境信息;在此基础上,论文提出了模型层次化组织方法,该方法依据作战任务和环境信息的层次结构特点,能够为具体任务层次提供相关联的最小环境数据集。经验证,该方法提高了信息的传输效率和系统的服务性能。针对复杂三维海洋环境中嵌入大量3D模型导致效率下降的问题,提出了一种基于顶点向量加权的三角形折叠模型简化算法。该算法从三角形可折叠性判定、折叠新点位置的确定和整体网格的划分三个方面优化了模型的简化效率和效果。经验证该算法具有计算量小、简化效率高的特点,并能有效保持模型的外部特征。面向综合显示中军标符号的生成和标绘问题,提出了一种基于Cardinal曲线的动态军标生成与控制算法。该算法采用Cardinal曲线生成军标符号,降低了军标符号拟合控制点的难度,采用基于参数控制的思路很好地解决了军标符号形状难于控制的问题。实验表明,该方法很好地满足了军标符号生成与控制的需求。设计并实现了一个卫星海洋环境信息综合显示原型系统,将论文提出的理论、方法应用于该系统,证明了研究成果的可行性、正确性与有效性。

【Abstract】 At present, our country’s marine rights face many threats. Objectively, the need ofnaval information is increasingly urgent. The satellite information has the advantages ofcovering a wide range, out of national sovereignty space limitation, all-weathermonitoring and has become a main data security of marine information combat. Thesatellite marine environment information has the features of variety, complex structureand large amount of data. Its efficient organization and synthetic display are thedifficulty and key point of combat applications. Among them, the former is the datafoundation, and the latter is the key of application. This paper launches research aroundtwo key technologies. The main contents are as follows:An information integrated model and layer organization of the satellite marineenvironment based on combat tasks is established, for the efficient organization ofsatellite marine environmental information. The paper associates combat task withsatellite marine information, establishes the integrated data model, which can beeffective to provide operations with environmental information. Based on structurecharacteristics of the combat mission and environmental information level the papergives a model layer organization of the satellite marine environment based on combattasks, so as to provide the concrete operations levels with minimum data set. It isverified that this method improves the information transmission efficiency and systemservice performance.A triangle collapse model simplified algorithm based on weighted vertex vector isput forward, for the complex3d marine environment embedding a lot of models leads tothe problem of decreasing efficiency. The algorithm optimizes the efficiency andeffectiveness of model simplification, from triangular folding determination, thedetermination of folding candidate point position and the whole grid division threeaspects. It is verified that this method has the advantages of small amount of calculation,high simplified efficiency and effectively maintaining model external features.A dynamic military mark generation and control algorithm based on Cardinalcurve is brought out, for the problem of generation and control of military mark insynthetic display. This paper puts forward a dynamic military mark generationalgorithm based on Cardinal curve, which reduces the difficulty of dynamic militarymark fitting control points. The method based on parameter control is a very goodsolution to solve the problem of dynamic military mark shape to control. Experimentsshow that the method is very good to meet the demand of the generation and controlof military mark.A satellite marine environment information display prototype system is designedand implemented with thesis theory of the paper. This system verifies that thesis theory of the paper is feasible, valid and correct.
