不同有机肥对酿酒葡萄生长及果实品质的影响

【摘要】 本研究以8年生蛇龙珠为试验材料,施用五种有机肥和常规施肥作比较,研究不同有机肥对蛇龙珠新稍长度,叶纵横径、果纵横径、果重、光合特性、糖含量、蔗糖代谢相关酶、可滴定酸、单宁、色素等的变化规律,分析不同有机肥对蛇龙珠形态生长、叶片光合生理、糖分积累、果实品质指标的影响。研究结果表明:1、在施用不同有机肥处理下,其中施用生物有机肥、腐殖酸有机肥和全营养有机肥能显著促进葡萄新稍生长;与对照相比,施用葡萄专用有机肥和生物有机肥的葡萄叶片纵横径和叶重略微增加,但差异不显著;生物有机肥和腐殖酸生物有机肥能增加葡萄果实的纵横径和果重,差异亦不显著。2、在施用不同有机肥处理下,在果实膨大期和转色期,施用葡萄专用有机肥和生物有机肥的叶片SPAD值比对照高。净光合速率以花后60d,生物有机肥处理最高,花后30d,常规施肥的Pn值最低;气孔导度在各处理间没有显著性差异;蒸腾速率以花后45d,腐殖酸生物有机肥处理最高,花后30d常规施肥处理最低。3、在施用不同有机肥处理下,叶片中的糖没有显著性的差异,但各处理均能显著性提高葡萄果实中可溶性糖含量,,其中施用生物有机肥比对照总糖含量提高10.46%;施用有机肥能降低葡萄果实中的可滴定酸,腐殖酸有机肥效果最明显,与对照相比酸含量降低约32.90%;腐殖酸有机肥降低了葡萄果实的单宁含量,其它处理单宁和总酚与对照之间没有显著性差异。

【Abstract】 This study is based on Gernischt of8years as the test material, using five kinds of organic fertilization and one conventional fertilization to study the rules of different organic fertilizer on Gernischt shoot length, leaf, fruit vertical and horizontal diameter and diameter, weight, photosynthetic characteristics, sugar content, sucrose metabolism related enzymes, titratable acid, tannin, pigment, etc. And to analyze the influence of the fruit quality index in different organic fertilizer on Gernischt shape growth, photosynthetic physiology, sugar accumulation.The results shows that:1. Under the different organic fertilizers treatment.Compared to chemical fertilizers, bio-organic fertilizer, humic acid organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer nutrition can significantly promote the growth of new grape slightly; compared with the control, the application of the grape grapes organic fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer blade vertical and horizontal diameter and leaf weight increased slightly, but the difference was not significant; The grape fruit and fruit weight can be increased by bio-organic fertilizer and humic acid bio-organic fertilizer, the differences were not significant.2. In fruit enlargement and turning stage. The treatment of organic fertilizer and bio-organic fertilize can increased SPAD of leaf. After flowering60d, Pn was the highest on bio-organic fertilizer treatment. After flowering30d, lowest Pn value on conventional fertilization. stomatal conductance no significant difference among treatments; transpiration rate after flowering45d, humic acid bio-organic fertilizer treatment was the highest, and30d conventional fertilization treatment was the lowest.3. Under the different organic fertilizers treatment.All treatment had no significant effect on the content of sugar in leaf,but the treatment increased the content of sugar in wine grape,and which application of bio-organic fertilizer than control total sugar content to improve10.46%; application of organic manure can reduce grape fruit titratable acid, humic acid organic fertilizer effect is most obvious, the acid content is reduced by about32.90%compared with the control; humic acid organic fertilizer reduces the grape fruit tannin content, other processing unit no significant difference between the tannins and total phenols with the control.
