集成情境的商业智能平台的研究与开发

【摘要】 传统商业智能通过分析大量业务数据,为企业决策提供支持,但是在对企业业务数据进行分析的过程中缺失相关的情境信息,导致企业管理人员不能全面、深入的理解挖掘出的知识,进而影响企业正确决策。针对商业智能中遇到的问题和困难,本文在现有商业智能的基础上,将情境明确地引入商业智能中,提出集成情境的商业智能(CIBI)的概念,系统深入地研究集成情境商业智能的基本原理、方法、关键技术和系统,并以某服装企业为例,对取得的的理论研究成果进行验证和应用。本论文研究的主要内容如下:第一章论述论文的研究背景,对商业智能、情境和商业智能平台应用进行回顾和分析,进而给出论文的创新点、主要内容和结构。第二章对CIBI的相关理论进行研究。在阐述商业智能、情境相关理论的基础上,分析情境与商业智能的关系以及情境在商业智能中的作用,将情境集成到商业智能,提出集成情境的商业智能的概念,并对其特点进行总结。第三章对集成情境的商业智能平台的关键技术进行研究。在商业智能现有技术的基础上,对实时数据仓库技术、情境建模技术和情境获取技术作重点研究。第四章构建CIBI平台模型,建立CIBI平台的体系架构;在对多维情境模型分析的基础上,建立多维情境库;在对情境相似性评估分析的基础上,提出基于主情境模型树的匹配算法CTreeMatch。第五章详细描述CIBI平台模型的实现和应用。以某服装企业为例,在情境需求分析的基础上,建立面向服装行业的多维情境库,进而构建实时数据仓库,对CIBI平台的技术进行全面验证。第六章对全文进行总结,并展望后续研究工作。

【Abstract】 By analyzing a large number of business data, the traditional business intelligenceprovides support for business decision. After analyzing the importance of Contextamong Business Intelligence, the concept of Context-intergated Business Intelligence(CIBI) is proposed. The research on basic theories, methods, key technologies andsystem of CIBI is conducted comprehensively.The thesis’s main research contents are as follows:In the1st chapter, the background of this dissertation is described. BusinessIntelligence and Context are reviewed and analyzed, and the innovation point, maincontent and structure of this dissertation are given.In chapter2, the basic theories of CIBI are discussed. The concept of BI andContext are analyzed systematically. The definition of CIBI is clarified and thecharacteristics of BIIC Platform are summarized.In chapter3, the key technologies of CIBI are studied. BI, RTDW technology,Context modeling and Context acquiring technologies are studied.In chapter4, CIBI model is built. The architecture of CIBI is established. Afteranalyzing the multi-dimensional context model and context similarity measurement,the architecture of the multi-dimensional context database is built and a similaritymeasurement method based on Host context model tree (CTreeMatch method) isproposed.In chapter5, the platform for CIBI is implemented and applied. After analyzingthe requirement of context, the multi-dimensional context database and real-time datawarehouse are built and the platform is validated.Chapter6reviews the achievement and innovations of this dissertation, and givesa prospect for future work.
