雷电风险评估软件的设计及实现

【摘要】 随着防雷事业的不断发展,雷电灾害风险评估工作已经成为一项重要的工作内容。目前中心的评估工作一直使用专业人员进行手工计算,使工作的人员的工作量不能得到一定的保障。为克服人工评估存在的“评估慢,工作量大,使用资料不统一”等缺点,本论文以项目评估的准确性,及时性,统一性为最终目标,设计和实现了雷电灾害风险评估系统。1)采用代表未来技术发展趋势的SUN公司的Java进行设计,基于开放的技术标准,集合先进的DWZ富客户端结构,JQuery,AJAX的并发处理技术,最大限度的发挥网络优势,通过设定客户端权限来实现雷击风险评估软件的应用,满足点对面的交互分布式应用,实现资源共享最大化。2)采用B/S模式及Internet规范,支持Web Service标准,客户端只需要安装浏览器即可实现工作人员工作界面访问;只需要维护或更新服务器端软件就可以完成系统的维护及升级工作,减少了系统运行过程中产生的维护、更新成本,为系统扩展后续展开用户提供了可能。3)该软件的模块设计既独立又相互统一,所有数据可在系统内部完成交互及分析计算,减少人工操作程序,缩减计算环节。4)系统包括项目管理,系统管理,安全管理,报告管理,雷电灾害,评估报告范例,项目收费七个功能模块,经过测试运行,彻底解决了以前项目计算慢,计算结果不一致的弊端,完全能满足当前的需要。雷电灾害风险评估软件的实现和使用,可以减少人员操作流程,加快评估计算过程,为防雷技术服务工作的提速提供了良好的平台。同时实现了数据资料的统一管理,方便查询,增强历史资料的连续性,提高各种资料的可利用率。该软件的使用也使得各级领导对于各项评估工作展开有效的监督,是科技防腐的有效手段。
【Abstract】 With the development of lightning protection enterprise,the lightning strike disaster risk evaluate has become an important content of the work.At present the center assessment work has been the use of professional manual calculation, so that the work of the staff can not guarantee,In order to overcome the artificial to assess the presence of "evaluation of slow, heavy workload, the data is not unified",Accuracy assessment of the project,the timeliness,integrity as the ultimate goal, the design and implementation of lightning disaster risk assessment system.1) Adopt the Java of SUN company to design which stand for the technology develop in the future.Base on open technical standards,gather the DWZ rich client advanced structure and JQuery,concurrent processing technology of AJAX,and giving full play to the advantages of the network,permissions and security settings to achieve through the lightning disaster risk assessment platform for data exchange to meet the distributed application,realize the sharing to maximize the internal information and data.2) Adopt standard model B/S and Interne,support Web Service standard.the client only needs to install the browser implementation work staff access interface,only need to maintain or update the software of the server can complete the system maintenance and upgrade,to reduce the running process of the system maintenance,replacement cost, extended follow-up on the user provides the possibility for system.3) The software module design independent and interrelated.All data within the system interaction and analysis and calculation, reduce manual of procedures, to reduce the computational aspects.4) The system includes project management,system management,security management,report management, lightning disaster, assessment report example, Item charge. After the test run, completely solve the previous project calculation of slow, defects of calculation results are not consistent, fully able to meet the current may need.The realization and use about the software of lightning disaster risk assessment, it can reduce the operation process,speed up the calculation process, speed work for lightning protection technology service. At the same time to realize the unified management, data inquiry, enhance the continuity of historical data, and improve the availability of various data. The use of the software also makes the leaders at all levels in the evaluation work out effective supervision, is an effective means of technology protection.
