地理差异教学的研究与实践

【摘要】 随着新课程改革的不断推进,许多新的教育教学理念逐渐成为教师教学的指导思想。学校是课改的前沿阵地;课堂是课改的主战场;二者均是关乎课改成败的关键。在理论向实践转化过程中,越来越多的教师认识到差异教学的重要性。本文就是在此背景下,试图从理论探究出发,联系实际调查,探讨地理差异教学的策略,推进课堂教学的实效性,促进学生的全面发展。本文从理论和实践两个方面进行了探究。理论层面:本文从目前地理教学中存在的与课改理念相悖的现象入手,以说明地理差异教学的意义:符合时代、课改和地理学科要求,更有利于促进学生的全面发展。从国内外研究现状入手,结合马克思的全面发展学说、多元智能理论及掌握学习理论,为地理差异教学寻求理论基础。实践层面:在理论阐释的基础上,本文力求在教学实践层面有所突破。从课堂观察、自身教学实践出发,以调查问卷方式对所在城市市区和所辖地区的五十多所中学的一线地理教师进行研究,运用获取的资料来定性分析教学中的一些现象。对教学现状的调查则从学生观念、教师观念、教学目标观念、教学内容观念、教学策略观念、学生评价观念等几个方面总结课堂现状所存在的问题,指出成因:教师未完成教学理念向教学行为的转化过程;教师对差异教学理念的学习和理解不深;教育体制和教育条件的限制。进而阐明差异教学的本质与内涵,提出地理差异教学的实践策略。
【Abstract】 With the development of the New Curriculum Reform, many new teaching andeducating ideas are gradually becoming the guiding ideology of teaching. School lies at theforward position of the reform, and class which is the key to the reform is the main battlefield.In the process of turning theory into practice, more and more teachers have realized theimportance of divergence teaching. So under this circumstance, this essay attempts to discussthe strategy of geography divergence teaching on the basis of theory exploring and conveying.The final purpose is to improve the efficiency of class and promote all-round development ofstudents. The essay will study this subject on the basis of theory and practice.Level of theory: This essay begins with phenomena that present geography teaching iscontrary to the new ideas, which is aimed to explain the significance of geography divergenceteaching: It can meet the requirements of time, reform and subject, so it will greatly promoteall-round development of students; This essay seeks theoretical basis for geographydivergence teaching by presenting domestic and foreign study situation and combining Marx’sTheory of All-round Development, the Theory of Multiple Inetelligences, Mastery LearningTheory.Level of practice: This essay is based on theory explaining, attempting to make somebreakthroughs in practical teaching activities. The author analyzed many teachers comingfrom more than50middle schools in the city by questionnaire which is combined withclassroom observation and self-practice of teaching. Then, the author uses the materialsacquired to do some qualitative analyses of some teaching phenomena. Through the convey,the author, considering many aspects, such as students’ concept, teachers’ concept. teachinggoals, teaching contents, teaching strategy, and students evaluation, summarizes thecharacteristics of class situation and presents the causes: Some teachers don’t know the newideology enough; Some teachers don’t complete the teaching thinking to teaching behaviortransformation; Teaching development and the reform are limited by educational system andconditions. Furthermore, this essay expounds the nature and connotation of divergence teaching and puts forward practical strategies of geography divergence teaching.
