城市污水处理厂污泥石灰稳定技术应用研究

【摘要】 随着我国城市污水处理率的提高,污泥产量越来越大,污泥污染已经成为整个社会和环境亟待解决的问题,研究适应我国国情、安全可靠、经济有效的污泥处理处置技术尤为重要。污泥石灰稳定技术是近年来新出现的一种干化稳定技术,由于操作简便、运行成本相对较低、且可达到一定的减量、灭菌、除臭等效果,而受到重视。本文通过对方庄污水处理厂污泥石灰稳定示范工程进行工艺分析,利用小试和生产性试验对工艺进行优化,全面研究污泥石灰稳定工艺的经济技术特征和适用条件,提出工艺优化策略和后续处置利用技术方案,对污泥石灰稳定技术进行综合性评价,为石灰稳定污泥工艺的设计、运行和管理提供技术支持。小试研究结果表明,石灰添加量20%、搅拌时间2min为最佳控制参数;污泥后续堆置过程中,散堆方式对含水率的去除效果要显著好于垛积方式;石灰稳定后污泥pH值不受石灰添加比例和堆置时间的影响。生产性试验研究结果表明:污泥经石灰稳定处理并堆置一定时间后含水率、有机物含量、TN等指标均大幅下降,大肠菌群等卫生学指标未检出,重金属得到钝化,单位处理成本113元/吨脱水泥饼;在对北京方庄污水处理厂污泥石灰稳定工艺优化过程中发现,最佳工艺控制参数为石灰添加量20%,进泥含水率控制在75%~82%。在后续处置利用上,污泥经石灰稳定后可替代石灰石生产425#以上水泥熟料;不可直接作为道路材料在基层和底基层中应用,可将污泥渣与其他物质以一定比例掺配使用,应用在二级以下公路中;不宜进入垃圾填埋场进行混合填埋或作为覆盖土使用。污水处理厂污泥石灰稳定工艺可以取得较好的减量化、稳定化、无害化处理效果,处理成本相对较低,稳定处理物在建材利用方面具有很大的潜力,尤其在减量化方面是一种经济、有效的污泥处理技术。但受到石灰资源和后续处置利用难度的限制,现阶段只能作为一种过渡性的临时处理措施或备用的处理处置措施。在工艺优化过程中要综合考虑处理效果、成本效益以及国家的相关标准,以最低的成本取得相对最优的处理效果。

【Abstract】 With the improving of the city wastewater treatment rate in our country, theamount of sludge is increasing. The pollution of sludge has become one of the mostimportant problem of the society and environment. So, it is particularly important tostudy sludge treatment and disposal technology, which is adapt to the conditions ofour country, safe and reliable, economical and effective. As a new advancedtreatment technology, sludge lime stabilization technology is paid more attentionbecause of its easy operation, low operation cost and some effect of amountdecreasing, sterilization, and deodorization.In this paper, based on the Fangzhuang WWTP sludge lime stabilizationdemonstration project, the process is studied and improved by laboratory test andproduction test. The following items have been investigated: the economic andtechnological characteristics, conditions of application. The process improvingstrategy and the solutions of dispose and use are proposed. And a comprehensiveevaluation for sludge lime stabilization technology is made.The results of laboratory test indicated that the optimal control parameters are20%lime added and2minute of the mixing time. In the following pile process, thescattered way is better than the stack way for the moisture removing. The pH of thedrying lime sludge is unacted on the proportion of lime and mixing time.The results of production test indicated that, after lime stabilization treatmentand pile for a certain time, the water content, organic content and TN decrease mostly,coliform bacteria and other hygiene indicators are not detected, heavy metals areactivated. And the treatment costs is113yuan/t. In the improving process, we findthat the best parameters for process control are20%lime added and75%to82%water content of original sludge in. In the ways of subsequent dispose and use, thesludge can produce425#cement instead of limestone, cannot directly be used as aroad sub-base material, but can be used on under secondary road by mixing withother substances, cannot be landfilled after mixed with garbage or used as landfill cover.So the wastewater treatment plant sludge lime stabilization technology, as aneconomic effective sludge treatment technology, can achieve good reduction,stabilization, innocuition effects, and the cost is relatively low. The dried sludge hasgreat potential in use as construction material. However, by the limit of lime resourceand the difficulty of subsequent dispose and use, it only can be used as a transitionalor temporary method of sludge treatment and dispose. In the improving process, thetreatment effect, cost effectiveness and national standards should be comprehensivelyconsidered.
