水利风景区生态系统风险评价及预警机制构建

【摘要】 生态风险评价是随着环境管理目标和环境观念的转变而逐渐兴起并得到发展的一个新的研究领域。本文水利风景区的生态风险评价采用景观生态风险评价的方法,在景观类型划分的基础上,描述自然灾害或者人类活动对区域生态系统结构功能可能产生的不利影响和危害程度。景观生态风险评价和一般的生态风险评价相比,所涉及的风险源和评价受体都在区域内有着异质性。参考既有的生态风险评价方法,且考虑了评价对象的尺度和空间分异,本文的评价还是沿用区域景观生态风险评价的步骤,分别是一下几部分:研究区的区域界定,受体分析、风险源分析、暴露和危害分析及最后的综合评价。此外水利风景区作为旅游目的地的一种,对其生态风险进行评价对保护生态环境、合理构建当地产业结构起到了非常重要的作用,是实现经济、社会、环境协调统一的有力保证。因此,生态风险评价也是一个地区开发规划的先导。本文把生态学理论、生态系统理论、生态价值论及环境评价学等理论作为进行生态风险评价的理论基础,然后结合南湾水利风景区的现状,对风景区的景观类型进行分类,确定了7种生态风险受体,即密林、疏林浅草、生态保育区、水域、农田、休闲娱乐区及建筑用地,在综合分析这7种风险受体的基础上,还有在南湾水利风景区调研时获得的数据及图形资料,通过定性定量的分析,确定南湾水利风景区主要的生态风险源为:洪涝、干旱和污染,分析到这三种生态风险源对南湾水利风景区不同景观类型的影响程度和影响范围,得到不同的生态风险等级分布图,最后对南湾水利风景区的综合生态风险进行评价。其后分析南湾水利风景区生态风险和风险管理的关系,最终确定南湾水利风景区的生态预警机制。

【Abstract】 In the social economy development to after certain level, people begin tofocus on their own life of the natural environment change, and people’senvironmental conception change, ecological risk assessment is in thissituation gradually began to rise of a research field. In this paper theecological system of water conservancy scenic spot risk assessment by recentresearch of ecological risk when a new evaluation method: landscapeecological risk assessment. This evaluation method is based on the basis oflandscape types cross the research, mainly through the description naturalecological disasters or human activities on the ecological system of the area,the negative effect and harm and the extent of the harm to express the region’secological risks. Landscape ecological risk assessment method involved whenthe study determined and risk source evaluation receptors in the area havemany differences, this is usually not the ecological risk assessment. In thispaper, according to the ecological risk assessment has now the method, andpay attention to the selection of objects in scale and space have a certaindifference, this paper of risk assessment or use the landscape ecological riskassessment in regional scale of use general steps: in the study area a definition,ecological receptor analysis, area, ecological risk source analysis and hazardanalysis exposure and regional ecological system of comprehensive riskassessment. In addition, the water conservancy scenic spot as a touristdestination, and carry on the ecological risk assessment, it is not onlybeneficial to protection to the study of ecological environment, but also tobuild local industrial structure reasonable, and eventually get the economy,society and environment, harmonious and unified development. So, for aregion ecological risk assessment is a region in the development planningshould be strong concern and carefully before thinking about.In this paper, the theory of ecology ecosystem theory, ecological value deals with the environment assessment study theory as to ecological risk assessment of the theoretical basis, and then based on the south bay water conservancy scenic spot on the current status of scenic spot of landscape type classification, sure seven kinds of ecological risk receptor, namely the thickets, and Succoth shallow grass, Lin ecological conservation areas, water area, farmland, leisure and amusement section and land for construction, comprehensive analysis in the seven risk based on the receptors, and in the south bay water conservancy scenic spot investigation data and have graphics material, through the analysis of the qualitative and quantitative evaluation, determine the south bay water conservancy scenic spot the main ecological risk source for:flood, drought and pollution, analysis to the three kinds of ecological risk source of the south bay water conservancy scenic spot different landscape types of influence degree and range of influence, get different ecological risk level distribution, the last of the south bay water conservancy scenic spot of the comprehensive ecological risk evaluation. Analysis by south bay water conservancy scenic spot ecological risk and risk management, the relation between the final south bay water conservancy scenic spot of ecological early warning mechanism.
