CA砂浆材料及混合料路用性能研究

【摘要】 近20年来,高速公路建设取得了举世瞩目的成就。然而受到复杂的气候条件和交通超载等因素作用,许多高等级公路投入使用后不久便出现早期损坏,迫切需要研发新型路面材料来解决这一问题。近年来我国水泥、乳化沥青及水泥乳化沥青砂浆(cement asphalt mortar,简称CA砂浆)材料的研究被广泛关注,与此同时,掺乳化沥青的水泥混凝土面层及掺水泥的乳化沥青混凝土面层亦取得了初步成效,国内也将CA砂浆成功用作客运高速铁路的柔性基层,积累了较为丰富的经验。本文为了拓展CA砂浆的应用,在CA砂浆的基础上进一步研发CA砂浆混合料半柔性路面材料,并对CA砂浆混合料路用性能进行了全面试验研究和评价。基于CA砂浆的材料组成与其性能有较大关系,本文从性能出发对CA砂浆进行配合比设计,并通过正交试验进一步探究了砂、乳化沥青、水泥、水等对CA砂浆抗折强度、抗压强的、流动性的影响,最终得到优化后的CA砂浆配比。CA砂浆混合料路面材料是在制备CA砂浆的基础上,加入碎石,经充分搅拌得到。为了充分发挥粗骨料的嵌挤作用,对CA砂浆混合料材料采用主骨架空隙填充法(CAVF法)进行级配组成设计,使得CA砂浆刚好填充主骨架的空隙,形成骨架密实结构。充分利用了主骨架的嵌挤作用、水泥水化产物和沥青胶结物的粘结作用、砂与骨料的摩擦作用,有利于CA砂浆混合料材料的强度形成。本文研究的CA砂浆混合料材料由于有沥青材料的加入,采用沥青混合料的一系列评价方法对其各项性能进行研究和评价。对每一个油石比的CA砂浆混合料进行了室内马歇尔稳定度试验、车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、小梁弯曲试验、棱柱体单轴压缩试验等,对其室内性能进行了试验研究。并与AC-13普通沥青混合料性能相比较,研究、分析其高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性。试验和研究结果表明,采用主骨料空隙填充法(CAVF法)设计的自制CA砂浆混合料路面材料能够确保其骨架密实结构的形成。通过综合的比较、分析发现CA砂浆混合料的性能普遍优于AC-13普通沥青混合料,且油石比为6%时的自制CA砂浆混合料各项性能都均处于良好状态,综合路用性能最佳,尤其在高温稳定性方面,当油石比达到10%时,其动稳定度仍达到2530次/mm,最终变形仅2.575mm。本文研究的CA砂浆及其混合料采用冷拌合的制作工艺,环保节能,具有巨大的环境和社会效益。本文的研究内容为促进材料的发展提供了重要参考。

【Abstract】 In recent20years, the tremendous achievements were obtained about freewayconstructions. Because of complex climate and worse transportation environments,many high type highway pavements were initial damage after opening to traffic. So,more prior pavement materials were needed to solve the problem. At the same time,more attentions were paid on development of cement, emulsified asphalt, andcement-asphalt mortar in China, and successes were got by people in cement concretepavement which was incorporated with emulsified asphalt and emulsified asphaltconcrete which was incorporated with cement, recently. Then cement-asphalt mortarwas used as flexible base in high-speed railway and succed. And then, manyexperiences were obtained.In order to expland using of Cement-Asphalt mortar, the paper based on theCement-Asphalt mortar itself, take more time and energy to study Cement-Asphaltmortar semi-flexible pavement material. And test studies and assesses wererecommended on pavement performance of Cement-Asphalt mortar mixture roadmaterial.Based on Cement-Asphalt mortar’s performance is related to material form, thepaper recommended mix design from performance for CA mortar. And the orthogonalexperiment design is adopted to make study on the overall influence law by asphalt,cement, water, fiber, by testing compressive strength, breaking strength,compressive-breaking ratio and fluidity and confirm the optimum proportioning of theself-made cement asphalt mortar finally.Cement-asphalt mortar mixture would be got by incorporating coarse aggregateinto Cement-Asphalt mortar and mixing. Aiming at making full use ofInterlocked-denseness of coarse aggregate to form CA mortar’s strength, using coarseaggregate void filling method (CAVF) to recommend mix design was benefitInterlocked-denseness of coarse aggregate, friction of sand, and adhesion of cementhydration products and asphalt were made full use of. It’s good for forming strengthfor CA mortar mixture.Due to asphalt, standards of asphalt mixture were adopted to assess properties ofCement-Asphalt mortar mixture. In order to study and analyses its room properties,Marshall Test, Wheel Tracking Tests, Prism uniaxial compressed test, Bending Test of Small Beam, Immersion Marshall Test, and the Freeze Thaw Split Test were carried on for differentasphalt-ratios of Cement-Ashphalt mortar mixture. And studing Cement-Asphalt mortarmixture’s high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance, and waterstability contrasted to asphalt mixture AC-13.Results of tests and studies showed that self-made Cement-Ashphalt mortarmixture that adopted CAVF method recommend mix design ensured forming itsframework densestructure. By comprehensive comparison and analyses, finding thatperformances of Cement-Asphalt mortar mixture were prio to AC-13asphalt mixture,and of which6%asphalt-aggregate ratio was the best proportion for Cement-Asphaltmortar mixture and all properties better, has best pavement performance,especiallyhigh-temperature stability. Even10%asphalt-aggregate ratio,its dynamic stabilitywas still2530times/mm,and final deformation was only2.575mm. Mixed coldfabrication process was used to prepare Cement-Asphalt mortar and its mixture,saving energy and protecting environment, and having huge environment and societybenefits. This paper is a preliminary exploration, the results will be important fordevelopment of Cement-Asphalt mortar and its mixture.
