基于提升民族地区居民主观幸福感的社会管理创新

【摘要】 追求幸福生活是人类的共同目标。在社会主义市场经济条件下,创建适合民族地区区情、与市场经济相适应、与民族地区资源配置相协调,有效提升民族地区居民幸福感的社会管理创新,这是在缩小贫富差距、化解社会矛盾、维护社会公平、促进民族团结和社会稳定,实现民族地区居民幸福和经济社会全面协调可持续发展,并最终实现和谐社会过程中面临的一个重要而崭新的议题。本文共分五个章节,第一章主要介绍论文写作背景、国内外有关主观幸福感、社会管理和民族问题的研究动态、论文的研究内容与采取的研究方法;第二章在分析主观幸福感的概念、要素、内容以及社会管理创新的内涵、特征、内容等问题基础上,本文从理论上分析主观幸福感的提升必须有最健全的社会管理,进而构建主观幸福感的评价指标体系;第三章以广东连南瑶族自治县为案例,运用描述性统计分析法、单因素方差分析法、有序logistic回归模型对民族地区居民主观幸福感的现状和影响因素进行实证分析;第四章从三个方面提出提升连南瑶族自治县居民主观幸福感的社会管理创新路径;最后,总结本文的研究结论,提出本文的研究不足,并展望下一步的研究方向。在以如何基于提升民族地区居民的主观幸福感而进行社会管理创新为整体框架体系下,本文的主要研究结论:1、连南瑶族自治县居民主观幸福感的总体水平很低。2、连南瑶族自治县居民主观幸福感水平在个人发展、生活质量、身心健康、社会环境、社会公平、政府服务、生态环境七个维度存在差异。3、个人收入、职业状况、教育程度、家庭结构、居住地等人口特征因素会对连南县居民主观幸福感产生影响。4、个人发展状况、生活质量状况、身心健康状况、社会环境状况、社会公平状况、政府服务状况、生态环境状况对连南瑶族自治县居民的主观幸福感均具有一定的影响。5、社会管理滞后是制约连南县居民主观幸福感提升的主要因素之一。针对于此,提出提升连南瑶族自治县居民主观幸福感的社会管理创新路径:(1)以改善民生为根本,建立健全民生型社会管理体制;(2)以群众工作为载体,完善基层社会服务管理体系;(3)以创新方式为重点,建立区域性社会管理新模式。

【Abstract】 To pursuit happy life is the common goal of mankind. Given to this, under theconditions of the socialist market economy, it must create a model of socialmanagement innovation which can fit the regional situation, adapt to the conditions ofthe socialist market economy, coordinate the allocation of resources, effectivelyenhance the well-being of minority residents. At the same time, to do this is animportant and split-new issue during the process which is to narrow the gap betweenthe rich and the poor, resolve social conflicts, maintain social fairness, promotenational unity and social stability, realize the well-being of minority residents, achievethe comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the economy and thesociety, ultimately to construct an harmonious society as well.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces a briefdescription of the writing background, the domestic and international research trendswhich related to the subjective well-being and social management, the researchcontent of the paper and the research methods. In the second chapter,this authortheoretically analyzes that subjective well-being must have the most robustmanagement based on introduction the concept, elements, contents of subjectivewell-being and the innovation connotation of concept, features, content of socialmanagement. Furthermore, the author establishes the subjective well-being evaluationindex system. In the third chapter, taking the Liannan Yao Autonomous CountyGuangdong province as an example, the author makes an empirical analysis ofsubjective well-being of minority residents which is about the current situation andinfluencing factors with the method of descriptive statistical analysis, ANOVA,Ordered Logistic Regression model. In the fourth Chapter, from three aspects, theauthor provides the method of social management innovation which is to enhance thesubjective well-being of Liannan Yao Autonomous County residents. The fifthchapter summarizes the conclusions of this paper and provides the future researchdirections.On the ground of the overall framework system which is how to social management innovation that is based on lifting the subjective well-being of minorityresidents, the paper draws the main conclusions.1.the whole level of subjectivewell-being of minority residents in the Liannan Yao Autonomous County Guangdongprovince is low.2. The level of subjective well-being of minority residents in theLiannan Yao Autonomous County Guangdong province has the difference in theaspects which is personal development, quality of life, physical and mental health,social environment, social justice, government services, the seven dimensions of theecological environment.3. Demographic characteristics factors have an impact on thesubjective well-being that is personal income differences, occupationalstatus,educational attainment, family structure, residence.4.The factor which ispersonal development, quality of life, physical and mental health, social environment,social justice, government services, the seven dimensions of the ecologicalenvironment have an effect to the level of subjective well-being of minority residentsin the Liannan Yao Autonomous County Guangdong.5Social management lag is oneof the main factors restricting the promotion of the subjective well-being of minorityresidents in the Liannan Yao Autonomous County Guangdong Province. So then, tothis, the authour provides the methods of the social management innovation based onthe improvement of subjective well-being of minority residents in the Liannan YaoAutonomous County:(1) Taking people’s livelihood improvement as a fundamental,establish and improve people’s livelihood pattern of social management system;(2)Taking mass work as a carrier, improve the grass-roots social service managementsystem;(3) Taking innovative ways as the focus, establish a new model of regionalsocial management.
