波形钢腹板组合箱梁若干问题研究

【摘要】 本文以箱梁理论为基础,考虑波形钢腹板箱梁的力学行为特点,基于拟平截面假定,分别研究了波形钢腹板组合箱梁的剪力滞效应、收缩徐变效应以及温度效应,主要工作包括:(1)以“拟平截面假定”为基础,采用三比拟杆法分析推导了波形钢腹板组合箱梁的剪力滞系数计算公式,并与现有文献中的试验结果及有限元和变分法结果进行了比较,验证了该公式的正确性,结果表明:1)在满足精度的前提下,三比拟杆法所推导的计算公式较能量法推导的计算公式更为简单,更加具有工程实用性;2)在计算波形钢腹板组合箱梁剪力滞效应时,忽略波形钢腹板纵向刚度的基本假定是可行的;3)进一步证实了对波形钢腹板组合箱梁进行分析时,其剪力滞效应不容忽视。(2)基于力法和按龄期调整的有效模量法,给出了超静定波形钢腹板组合箱梁的徐变效应分析方法,同时结合变形协调原理列出变形协调方程,推导了徐变效应时的内力计算公式,并采用该方法分析了波形钢腹板组合箱梁的徐变效应,结果表明:1)在计算波形钢腹板组合箱梁徐变应力时,基于其自身特点而忽略其弯曲刚度的基本假定是可行的;2)在相同条件下,波形钢腹板组合箱梁的徐变次内力及徐变变形都比普通混凝土箱梁的要小,这主要与波形钢腹板自身的抗弯刚度很小及波形钢腹板连续箱梁较同跨等截面的普通混凝土连续箱梁的自重小存在很大关系。(3)在“拟平截面假定”的基础上,采用力法分析并推导了超静定波形钢腹板组合箱梁在日照温差荷载作用下的温度自应力和次应力计算公式,并采用该方法分析了波形钢腹板组合箱梁的梯度温度效应,结果表明:1)在计算波形钢腹板组合箱梁温度应力时,基于其自身特点而忽略其纵向刚度的基本假定是可行的;2)在相同温度荷载条件下,波形钢腹板组合箱梁的温度次内力比普通混凝土箱梁的要小,而其温度变形要比普通混凝土箱梁的要大。

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of the box girder, this article, considering the mechanical behavior of the corrugated steel web box girder and based on the approximate plane sections hypothesis, researched the shear-lag effects temperature effect and the creep effect of the corrugated steel web box girder.(1)Based on "the approximate plane sections hypothesis", this article analysed and derived the formula of the shear lag coefficient by the three match rod method, and verified the correctness of the formula by the comparison of the results of the experiment and the finite-element. This article gets the following conclusions through the analysis:1) The three match rod method is a very good one in analyzing the creep effect of the corrugated steel web box girder, this formula is simpler and more practical in the engineering than the energy method;2) The basic assumptions presented based on its own characteristics are right in the calculation of the creep effect of the corrugated steel web box girder.3) This article further proofed that the creep effect cannot be ignored in the analysis of the corrugated steel web box girder.(2) Based on the force method and the age-adjusted effective modulus method, this article proposed the creep effect analysis method of the statically indeterminate structure. And combined with the deformation coordination principle, derived redistribution of internal force calculation formula of the statically indeterminate structure considering the creep effect, and analysed the creep effect by this method. This article gets the following conclusions through the analysis:1) In the calculation of the creep stress of the corrugated steel web box girder, the basic assumptions presented based on its own characteristics are right.2) Under the same condition, the creep time internal force of the corrugated steel web box girder is smaller than the ordinary concrete box girder, and the deformation caused by creep is also smaller than the ordinary concrete box girder, this is mainly because that the stiffness of the corrugated steel web is smaller and the weight of the corrugated steel web girder is also smaller than the ordinary concrete girders.(3) Based on "the approximate plane sections hypothesis", the article analysed and deduced the temperature stress calculation formula of the corrugated steel web box girder under the sunshine temperature load using the force method, and analysed the temperature effect of the corrugated steel web box girder by this method. This article got the following conclusions through the analysis:1) In the calculation of the temperature stress of the corrugated steel web box girder, the basic assumptions presented based on its own characteristics are right;2) Under the same temperature load, the temperature time internal force of the corrugated steel web box girder is smaller than the ordinary concrete box girder, but the deformation causesed by the change of temperature is larger than the ordinary concrete box girder.
