【摘要】 在信息技术迅猛发展的今天,我们的日常生活和工作已离不开计算机和网络。大学生的招聘工作也已借助于网络来完成,各大高等学校纷纷建立了自己的就业信息网。近年来,高等教育的飞速发展,直接导致了高校毕业生数量的急速扩大,毕业生的就业管理工作日趋复杂,毕业生信息的共享与对接需求也日益突出,为了满足这种需求,实现毕业生信息的有效管理,就业管理系统已是每所高校必不可少的一个重要系统。毕业生的就业工作涉及到毕业生的信息有推荐信息、签约信息、档案信息以及报到证信息等,虽然目前几乎每所高校都有自己的就业网站,但大多是侧重于招聘信息及各种就业政策的发布,极少有专门针对学生信息的管理系统,这极不方便学生就业过程的监控、分析及就业数据的上报工作,鉴于这种状况,我们有必要开发专门针对学生就业过程中的信息处理的系统,通过此系统专门用来管理和学生相关的一些信息,而学校的就业信息网可以通过接口、或Web Service从本系统获取学生的相关信息,做到就业网站专门服务学生就业,就业管理专门管理学生信息,有效做到学生信息的独立完整性。本文通过对学生就业整个过程的分析,采用当前微软的.NET平台相关技术,按照软件工程的相关规范,借助于Visual Studio 2005,SQL 2000及相关的Web开发技术,采用易于实现和维护的三层的B/S开发模式完成了就业管理系统的设计与实现。论文主要完成以下工作:1、分析了当前网络管理系统的相关技术。2、对就业管理系统进行了软件设计及数据库设计。3、运用相关工具实现了系统的各种功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information technology, our daily life and work are inseparable from the computer and network. the graduates are also employed through the Internet, most colleges and universities have established their own Employment Information Website. Recent years, the higher education has been developing so fast that it has directly caused a great increase of the number of the graduate, which makes the management of the employment getting more complicated .In order to have an effective management of the graduates’information, the employment management information system has been an important and indispensable system to each colleges and universities.The employment work of the graduate involves the graduates’recommendation information, subscription informtion, archives information and the dispatch report certificate information. Although nearly every colleges and universities have their own employment information Website, most of them pay more attention to the job ads and different kinds of employment policies. There are few specifically for the student information management system , This is very inconvenient for us to analysis the data of employment, In order to solve this problem, it is necessary for us to develop an information processing system which focuses on the process of the graduates’employmemt and the information which is related with the graduates ,other system can acquire necessary data by the interface or web service. All these makes it possible that the employment information website specializes in servicing the graduates’employmemt and the employment management system specializes in managing the graduates’information, which will make the graduates’information independent and integrity effectively.After nalyzed the whole process of the graduates’employmemt, we established the employment management system by using the microsoft.net platform, visual studio 2005, SQL 2000 and the relevant web developing technology.The work which has been done in this essay is as follows:1. Analyzing the present technology which is related with the network management system. 2. Designing the software and database of the employment management system.3.
