【摘要】 交通运输是国民经济发展的基础。良好的交通运输体系对于确保国民经济的持续发展和社会再生产的顺利进行至关重要。交通运输业的影响因素很多,其中一个重要因素就是产业结构。产业结构与交通运输之间是相辅相成的,产业结构的变化影响交通运输的发展,交通运输本身属于第三产业,其发展必然会增加第三产业的产值,促进产业结构的优化。自2000年以来,西宁市的经济有了很大的发展,交通运输状况比西部大开发之前也得到了极大地改善,但西宁市的交通运输现状还是比较落后。研究产业结构的演变对交通运输的影响,对于更好的完善西宁市的交通运输现状,进行产业结构调整优化方面都有现实意义。论文从理论上探究了产业结构演变对交通运输的影响,并以西宁市为例从定性研究和定量研究两方面来分析,采用了相关性分析、灰色关联分析等方法,并结合图表分析法,将定量分析的结果形象地表示出来。文章首先系统的阐述了研究背景与意义、国内外研究进展,指出本文研究所用的方法和文章的结构安排,并对产业结构、交通运输结构等概念进行解释,详细论述本文所用到的理论基础:交通与经济发展理论、产业结构演变理论、灰色系统与灰色关联理论,为本文的研究奠定理论基础。文章的主体部分对西宁市产业结构演变对交通运输的影响进行了详细的分析。定性的分析认为,从1990年以来,西宁市国民经济持续快速发展,产业结构的变动趋势明显,并正逐步走向优化,第一产业对国内生产总值的贡献日益减弱,第二产业的产值构成变化不大,第三产业比重呈波动上升的趋势。再定量的分析了1990-2009年西宁市第一、二、三产业与客运量、货运量的关联度,得出的结论认为:西宁市的货运量与第二产业的关联度最大,客运量与第三产业的关联度最大,铁路货运量和公路货运量都与建筑业有最大的关联度。论文的最后部分对西宁市产业结构和交通运输发展存在的问题提出建议和对策,得出本文的结论,并指出本文的创新和值得商榷之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transportation is the base of national economic development. A good transportation system is important to ensure the sustainable development of the national economy and essential to the smooth progress of social reproduction. There are many factors that affect the transportation industry; one of the important factors is industrial structure. Transportation itself belongs to the tertiary industry. Its development will surely increase output value of the tertiary industry and promotes the optimization of the industrial structure.Since 2000, the economy of Xining has made great development; transportation condition also has greatly improved than big development. But the transportation situation of Xining is relatively undeveloped. Studying the influence of industrial structure’s evolution to the transportation, have realistic significance which can improve better Xining’s transportation status and adjust the industrial structure optimization.The paper explores theoretically the influence of evolution of industrial structure on the transportation. In Xining, for example, the author analyzes the influence of industrial structure’s evolution to the transportation of Xining from qualitative and quantitative. Firstly this paper expounds systematically the background and significance and the research situation, then points out the research methods and the paper’s structure arrangement, and explains the concept of industrial structure, transportation structure and so on . The paper discusses detailed theoretical foundation used on this paper : traffic and economic development theory, industrial structure evolution theory, the gray system with grey relational theory, which lay the theoretical foundation for this paper. The main body part of paper detailed analyses the influence of the industrial structure’s evolution to the transportation of Xining. Qualitative analysis shows, since 1990, the national economy of Xining develops sustainably and rapidly, the industrial structure change’s trend is obvious and gradually becomes optimization. The contribution to GDP of the first industry has decreased, the value of the secondary industry change little, the third industry’s constitute has a trend of fluctuant rising. The conclusion which is draw by analyzing quantitatively the correlation of the first, second and third industry and passenger capacity, volume of freight of Xining from 1990 to 2009 shows: The correlation of the volume of freight with the second industry of Xining is the largest; the correlation of the passenger capacity with the third industry is the largest; the volume of railway freight and the highway freight both has the biggest correlation with the construction industry; and the correlation of air cargo throughput with the heavy industry is the largest.The last part of the thesis gives some Suggestions and countermeasures on the problems which exist in the industrial structure and the development of transportation in Xining, draws the conclusions, and points out the innovations and discussing place of this paper.更多还原
