【摘要】 在科技浪潮日渐席卷全球的21世纪,高新技术产业的发展已经成为各国、各地区经济发展必须跨上的新台阶。我国己把发展高新技术、实现高新技术的产业化作为新世纪经济结构调整和产业结构升级的重要战略。四川省拥有相对雄厚的科技资源,但其高新技术产业发展的总体水平却远远低于发达地区,高新技术产业产值占工业总产值的比例也低于发达地区,高新技术产业的发展已经成为四川省经济发展的瓶颈。为此,本文主要从四川省高新技术产业的现状入手,结合国内外高新技术产业发展的经验,分析四川省高新技术产业发展过程中存在的问题,从而给出四川省高新技术产业未来发展的对策和建议。本文共分为五章。第一章是绪论部分,论述了论文的研究意义、目的、研究方法等,并着重讨论了美国、日本、德国和印度的高新技术产业发展现状和历程以及我国高新技术产业从无到有、从弱到强的发展轨迹。第二章为理论探索部分,从高新技术与高新技术产业的产生和特点入手,论述了高新技术产业在区域经济增长、产业结构升级以及区域资源配置等方面与区域经济发展的关系。第三章主要以四川省高新技术产业发展现状为研究对象,从其产业结构及主要内容、产业发展特点等方面进行深入分析和研究。第四章主要运用SWOT态势分析法对四川省高新技术产业作了系统的分析,找到四川省高新技术产业的优势和不足,为下一步的发展战略研究作理论支持。第五章是结论部分,根据上文的分析得出的结果,结合国内外的发展趋势,试给出四川省高新技术产业发展的相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the 21 st century which the wave of science and technology is sweeping the globe increasingly, the development of Hi-tech industry has become the commanding height of economic competition in every country and region of the world. Our country has taken developing high-technology and realizing its industrialization as the important strategy of the adjustment of economic structure and the upgrading of the industrial structure in the new century. Sichuan province has the relatively strong technical resources, but not only the overall level of its Hi-tech industry but also the proportion of its output value in the gross value of industrial output is far below that of the developed area, the development of Hi-tech industry has become the bottleneck of the economic development of Sichuan. In view of this, the paper starts with present situation of Sichuan Hi-tech industry, combines with the experience of Hi-tech industry development home and abroad, analyzes the existent problems during the development process of the Hi-tech industry of Sichuan province, and finally puts forward the suggestion and countermeasures on the development of the Hi-tech industry of Sichuan province in the future.This thesis has five chapters in all. The first chapter is introduction, which includes the paper’s research significance, objective, research method, etc. and puts an important stress on how American, Japan, India and German has being got on with the Hi-tech industry and how our country developed the Hi-tech industry. The second chapter is mainly about theoretical exploration, which has a discussion on the relationship between the Hi-tech industry and regional economic development from the angel of regional economic growth, the upgrading of the industrial structure, regional resource allocation, etc. The third chapter takes what the Hi-tech industry of Sichuan is at present as an object and gives a deep analysis on it from its industrial structure, main contents as well as development characteristics. The fourth chapter aims at finding out the advantages and disadvantages of the Hi-tech industry of Sichuan province by using "SWOT" to analyze the Hi-tech industry of Sichuan province systematically, and affording a theory support for the next step that is going to carrying out development strategy research. The fifth chapter is conclusion, which tries to give some corresponding suggestions according to the results of the analysis above and the development trend of Hi-tech industry home and abroad.更多还原
