精益生产在风电齿轮箱装配车间的应用

【摘要】 本论文主要讲述了当前形势下,国际国内风力发电现状,以及作为风电齿轮箱生产厂家,南高齿推行精益生产的必要性与需求,并重点阐述了装配车间实施精益生产的过程与取得的成果。首先,论文介绍了选题的背景和意义,综述了精益生产的相关理论研究方法与概念,并对一些常用的精益原则做了系统说明;其次,论文在分析风电齿轮箱装配车间现状的基础上,提出对装配线进行优化的模式与改进方案,并通过案例实施分析与实况模拟,设计出了适合企业装配模式的单件流生产线;最后,论文通过实证分析,总结出精益装配实施的过程与取得的成果,也就是生产效率得到了提高,生产线布局得到了完善,生产模式得到了改进。此外,结合精益生产方法中看板管理的有效实施,也使得装配现场管理提升到了一个新的高度。经过两年时间的努力,精益生产已经从一种理念深入到了装配车间全体员工的心中,虽然目前仍有一些难以克服的问题与难点,但精益思想正逐渐形成一种氛围与企业文化,在南高齿推行开来。

【Abstract】 The thesis mainly describes under current situation, the status of both international and domestic wind power. As a manufacturer producing wind power gear box, it is necessary for NGC to implement lean production. The thesis expatiates the assembly plant implementing lean manufacturing processes and the results it has achieved.Firstly, the thesis introduced the background and significance of topics, summarized the interrelated investigation methods of theory and conception, and then had a systemic explaining of some lean principles; secondly, based on the actuality of assembly workshop, the thesis put forward the optimized mode and improvement scheme of assemble, then, through the case analysis and simulation, designed the single piece flow of product line that seasoned with the assemble mode; lastly, after demonstration analysis, the thesis summarized the process of lean assembly and achievement that we have achieved. In the end, the production efficiency has been improved, the production line layout has been perfected, the production mode has been improved, through the implementation of Kanban, the assembly shop will upgrade to a new level.Through two years of efforts, as an idea, the lean production has been accepted by every employee, although some difficulties and problems are still existent, a climate and culture is being created which is spreading in NGC.
