中山移动手机一卡通业务项目管理研究

【摘要】 我国作为世界第一大手机用户的国家,关于移动支付的技术与产业模式也在逐渐成熟与清晰。据最新的行业分析调查报告称2009年中国的移动支付市场规模已达到19.74亿元,从2006年到2009年底的年均复合增长率为70.4%,’表明未来移动支付的具有发展前景,市场空间十分巨大。如何实现手机卡具备手机钱包、企业管理手机一卡通的功能,是非常值得探讨和研究的。如果手机卡与电子商务消费、企业内部管理深度结合,不仅扩展了手机应用的范围,使手机和电子商务与企业信息化管理完全接轨,而且极大的提供人们一种方便快捷、服务模式先进而且人性化的日常消费模式。在这种市场不断求变的大环境下,以及当前手机已经全面嵌入到普通大众的生活当中,具有前所未有的市场需求与前景。中山移动为继续扩大市场占有率,满足集团客户个性化的业务管理需求,最大程度提供广大手机客户的电子商务便利,经过长期业务探索与研究,适时的开发了手机一卡通业务,并及时开展内部应用项目,用以支持公司日益扩大的业务服务范围。中山移动手机一卡通业务从项目规划建设、内部应用测试、业务拓展运营,整个项目的运作始终是按照项目范围管理、项目进度管理和项目沟通管理研究运用,确保了项目顺利完成,并成功在中山公司内实现自身手机一卡通业务试验。通过对该项目实施过程中项目管理方法及策略的研究和分析,找出了项目实施管理中的不足,同时给出了实施类似项目的建议。本文的意义在于：不仅可以将所学的项目管理知识在当前手机业务应用实践中真正运用,而且使该项目的管理及控制更加有效,为以后业务项目建设以及运行项目管理工作提供有效的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 China as the world’s largest mobile phone users in countries on the mobile payment technology and industry models is mature and clear. According to recent industry analyst report that in 2009 China’s mobile payment market will reach 1.974 billion Yuan, from 2006 to 2009, the average annual compound growth rate of 70.4%, showing that the future of mobile payments space for the brilliant prospects of Shi Chang huge.
