哈电集团发展战略研究

【摘要】 战略是企业发展的原动力,是企业在管理过程中的一个重要环节,是一个在理论指导下操作性很强的课题。企业通过调配整合资源从而适应各种发展环境以此获取市场的竞争地位,保持竞争优势是企业发展的根本。在当今世界以科技创新为主要发展前提,内外部环境的变化是企业面临的主要挑战,有的企业目的是抓住发展机遇,而有的企业则是为了应对困境,无论是抓住机遇还是应对困境,都属于战略管理的范畴。企业一旦确定其发展战略,就以此为目标调整企业的运营活动和发展方向以适应战略。优秀的战略将对企业的主营业务和公司管理产生长远影响。因此,优秀的战略管理能力是企业最大的竞争优势,也是企业制胜的法宝。本文按照战略管理的一般过程,分析了哈电集团公司所处的内外部发展环境。通过SWOT分析法得哈电集团的战略制定发展战略:产品-市场战略、一体化战略、多元化战略、企业并购与战略联盟。并且制定了哈电集团具体的职能战略:组织结构战略、人力资源管理战略、市场营销战略、财务战略以及生产战略。最后,为使哈电集团发展战略顺利实施,给出了企业内外部保障措施。

【Abstract】 Strategy is the spiritual power of enterprise development, enterprise management process is an important part, is a strong theoretical guidance to operational issues. Enterprises to deploy resources to adapt to the development of the whole environment in order to obtain the market’s competitive position, maintain a competitive advantage is the fundamental enterprise development. In today’s world of technology development and innovation as the main premise of internal and external environmental changes is a major challenge enterprises face a number of enterprises in order to seize the development opportunity, Ling and some are in response to development challenges, seize opportunities or respond to both challenges, both in terms of strategy of areas. Once a business development strategy, the goal of this development strategy to adjust the direction of business operations and direction. Good strategy would be the main business and corporate management have long-term impact. Therefore, the best strategic management ability is the biggest competitive advantage is a magic weapon for business survival.This article in accordance with the general process of strategic management, analysis of the HEC Group in which the internal and external development environment. SWOT analysis method was adopted by the CLP Group’s strategic development of Kazakhstan Development Strategy:Product-market strategy, integration strategy, diversification strategy, mergers & acquisitions and strategic alliances. HEC Group, developed for the specific functions of the strategy: organizational structure, strategy, human resource management strategies, marketing strategies, financial strategies and production strategies. Finally, for the Kazakhstan Development Strategy for the smooth implementation of the CLP Group, given the internal, external security measures.
