基于STM32的HY114改进型数字式声级计的研制

【摘要】 随着社会的发展、科学技术的不断进步、声音评价量的不断更新,社会需要对声音进行测量与监视的领域越来越多,如道路交通、建筑施工地均需要执法人员以一个准确的数字对其噪声的影响大小进行判断,对声级计的测量功能及准确度的要求在不断提高。现有声级计的功能已经不能满足时代发展的要求,因此对现有声级计进行技术改进势在必行。本文是基于衡阳衡仪电气有限公司生产的HY114型数字式声级计,结合HY118型积分统计声级计的功能要求,设计一款HY114改进型声级计。文章详细阐述了改进型声级计的软硬件设计方案,并着重介绍了改进型声级计的主要硬件电路、主要功能的程序代码的设计与实现。1)选用ARM嵌入式STM32F103RDT6微控制器替代原HY114型声级计的STC12LE5608AD,根据其引脚特性重新设计硬件电气原理图、PCB图并制板。2)重新编写程序代码,在实现原有功能的基础上,用查表法存储解决了存储声音数据占用大量RAM的问题,增加了对声音数据的统计分析和等效连续声级Leq的计算功能,如:最大、最小声级Lmax、Lmin,声暴露E,声暴露级LE,归一化8h等效声级Leq,8hn,噪声剂量ND,累积百分数声级L10、L50、L90,标准偏差SD,积分时间hh:mm:ss。3)通过现场测试和电信号实验验证产品样机的计算功能的实现情况及计算结果的正确性。针对通过实验发现的问题提出解决方案,解决问题,并再次通过实验验证样机的计算功能及其正确性。实验结果表明,改进型声级计可以基本实现预期设定的测量、统计分析和计算功能。但通过实验验证发现样机仍存在其它准确度的问题,这需要在以后的工作中继续解决改进。并且在此款改进型HY114声级计的基础上,可以继续充分利用STM32的强大功能进行产品的升级,将更多模拟电路数字化是未来设计的主要方向,也是时代及科技发展的要求。
【Abstract】 With the development of the society, science and technology, and the update ofthe sound evaluation quantity, an increasing percentage of the society’s fields areneeded to measure and surveil sound. The influences of the noise made by the fieldssuch as road traffic, construction sites are needed to be judged with an accurate number.So the demand for the measuring function and the accuracy of the sound level meter isincreasing. The technological improvement for HY114Sound Level Meter isimperative for its functions can’t really meet the needs of the development.A second generation of HY114based on the HY114Digital Sound Level Meterwas designed in this paper which was made by Hengyang Hengyi Instrument&Electric Equipment Ltd. and was combined with the function requirements of HY118Integral Statistics Sound Level Meter. The software and hardware’s designing schemesof the second generation of HY114were expounded detailedly in this paper, the mainhardware circuit and the design and realization of the main functions’ codes wereintroduced mainly.1) ARM embedded system STM32F103RDT6was chosen to replaceSTC12LE5608AD which is used in the first generation of HY114. The hardware’selectrical schematic diagram and the PCB were redesigned according to the STM32’spins features.2) The codes were re-written, Checking Table is used to slove the problem ofoccupying a large amount of RAM to store the sounds data, the integral statistics andcalculating functions for the equivalent continuous sound level were added, such as theMaximum and Minimum, Sound Exposure, Sound Exposure Level, Equivalent SoundLevel, Noise Dose, Cumulative Percentage of Sound Level, Standard Deviation andIntegral Time.3) The prototype’s calculating function and the accuracy of the results were tested by the field trail and the electrical signal test. Then proposed solutions and solved theproblems according to the founded problems, and tested the prototype’s calculatingfunction and the accuracy of the results again.The results showed that the measure, statistical analysis and calculating functionsof the second generation can be realized basically, at the same time, the accuracyproblem was founded in the test, and it needs to be solved in the future work. On theother hand, the powers of STM32can be fully used to update the product based on thesecond generation of HY114, digitizing the artificial circuits is the main direction ofthe designing and the requirement of the times and technological development.
