【Abstract】 The clinical manifestations,laboratory data and treatment methods of one patient who were poinsoned with super high dose barium chloride in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Severe hypokalemia was the main clinical feature,and sodium thiosulfate played an important role in the treatment of barium chloride poisoning.The key to the success is correcting the patient’s hypokalemia and applying sodium thiosulfate.更多还原
