侧式取料机取料臂结构的拓扑优化设计

【摘要】 以取料能力为300 t/h的大型侧式取料机的取料臂为研究对象,通过有限元对其结构进行强度和刚度仿真分析。运用基于变密度理论SIMP法的拓扑优化方法,以最小柔度为目标函数、体积系数为约束条件,对取料臂进行拓扑优化设计和有限元分析,来实现轻量化目标并验证结构可行性。结果表明,不同的体积系数影响拓扑优化的迭代步数,进而影响优化设计的时间成本。结合对优化后九种结构的强度和刚度对比分析得出侧式取料机的最优结构。该方法优化后的结构与初始结构相比,使整体重量降低35%、应力分布更加均匀,结构性能和经济性能也都能满足要求。该研究结果为实现大型侧式取料机整体优化提供了理论依据和参考价值。

【Abstract】 Taking the reclaiming arm of a large side reclaimer with a reclaiming capacity of 300 t/h as the research object, the strength and stiffness of the structure are analysed through finite element simulation. The topological optimisation method, based on the SIMP method of variable density theory, is employed to conduct the optimisation design and finite element analysis of the reclaiming arm. The main objective is lightweighting, with minimum compliance as the target function and the volume coefficient as the constraint condition, to verify the feasibility of the structure. The results show that different volume coefficients affect the iteration steps of topology optimisation, which in turn influences the time cost of the optimisation design. Through comparative analysis of the strength and stiffness of nine optimised structures, the optimal structure for the side reclaimer is determined. Compared with the original structure, the optimised design reduces overall weight by 35%, ensures a more uniform stress distribution, and meets both structural and economic performance requirements. The research findings provide a theoretical basis and reference value for the overall optimisation of large side reclaimers.
