【摘要】 原发性青光眼的发生、发展,既与先天遗传基因有关,又是后天生活环境因素、情志因素等方面共同作用的结果,这与中医体质学说中提到的先天禀赋与后天养成这一观点相似。本文从中医体质学的角度出发,阐述原发性青光眼患者的中医体质特点、中医症状特点及性格特征,为临床中运用中医体质理论防治早期原发性青光眼提供理论基础。结果认为气郁质与原发性青光眼有密切关系,特别是闭角型青光眼患者,原发性青光眼的发生与患者性格特点及情绪关系密切,原发性青光眼患者多存在焦虑、抑郁倾向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The onset and development of primary glaucoma is associated with genetic,environmental and mental factors,which is consistent with the view of natural endowment and environmental influence in TCM.This study mainly elaborated the physical characteristics,syndrome features and personality traits of patients with glaucoma from the perspective of TCM theory of body constitution,which provided theory basis for the early prevention and treatment of glaucoma. It found that Qi stagnation was closely related to glaucoma,especially to angle closure glaucoma. The onset and development of primary glaucoma is closely associated with the personality traits and mental state of the patients,who are susceptible to anxiety and depression.更多还原
