【摘要】 探讨张锡纯在肝病方面的学术成就,以指导临床实践。结合当时的时代背景,西医学思想刚刚传入中国,对人体解剖学也有了更进一步的认识,张氏引进了西方医学解剖的知识结合中医理论来解释肝脏的生理功能、肝病的病因病机及证治。张锡纯对肝脏的生理功能、肝病的病因病机及证治在理论上有一定的创新性,对当今肝病的治疗仍有重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Liver is one of an important entrail in human body,which belongs to wood of five elements and control Abreaction and storing blood.ZHANG Xichun believes that liver is in charge of QI and is the dean of gasification all over the body,the concordance of entrail’s function is depend on liver’s gasification,the function that liver in charge of QI is performed by liver’s rising pneuma and then do Abreaction,liver can accommodate QI of inherent and postnatal.Because of it in charge of QI,liver disease necessarily affects gasification,but there are different in asthenia and sthenia,obstruction of QI is liver’s hyperactivity disease,deficiency of QI is liver’s deficient disease.The therapeutic principle of liver disease is dispersing stagnated liver QI,meanwhile we should pay attention to not inhibiting the sthenic liver-energy,not rasing too much and not dryness or violence.更多还原
