【摘要】 中医对白癜风的辨证治疗有很大优势。多数医家将本病病因病机概括为外感风邪、肝气郁结或肝肾不足而致气血不和,或肌肤失养。在辨证分型方面,目前临床主要分为气血不和、肝气郁滞、肝肾不足、经络阻滞等4个证型,常用的治法有:调和气血,祛风通络;疏肝理气,活血通络;滋补肝肾,养血祛风;活血化瘀,通经活络等。笔者总结了历代中医医家治疗经验,展望中医对于本病治疗的前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medicine has great advantages in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of vitiligo. Most doctors summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease as exogenous wind evil, stagnation of liver-qi or deficiency of liver and kidney, resulting in discord of qi and blood, or loss of skin. In the aspect of syndrome differentiation and classification, the clinic is mainly divided into four syndrome types, such as qi and blood disharmony, stagnation of liver and qi, deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency of meridians and collaterals, etc. The common treatments are: reconciling qi and blood, dispelling wind and dredging collaterals, soothing liver and regulating qi, activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals, nourishing liver and kidney, nourishing blood and removing wind, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, dredging meridians and activating collaterals, etc. The author summarizes the treatment experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the past dynasties, and looks forward to the prospect of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease.更多还原
