切边刀间隙调整及后退机构优化设计
Clearance Adjustment of Trimming Shear and Optimization Design of Backward Mechanism
【摘要】 介绍了切边刀间隙调整及后退机构的结构特点、工作原理,采用杆组法优化计算偏心轴的偏心量和连杆长度,用工程实例验证了优化计算结果,提高了设计精准率。
【Abstract】 Clearance adjustment of trimming shear and structural characteristics,working principle of backward mechanism have been described,further eccentricity of eccentric shaft and connecting rod length have been optimized and calculated by rod set method,finally the optimized calculation results has been proved by project example,and the design accuracy is improved.
