【摘要】 目的 探讨系统化手部康复锻炼在经桡动脉介入术后患者康复护理中的应用。方法 纳入2021年1月至2022年6月本院心内科收治并接受经桡动脉介入术治疗的患者76例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组38例。对照组予常规围手术期护理，观察组则在此基础上实施系统化手部康复锻炼；评价并比较两组患者术侧手远端血液循环情况和神经功能，以及术后综合舒适度。结果 观察组患者术侧手远端血液循环情况及术侧手远端神经功能均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；观察组患者术后综合舒适度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 对经桡动脉介入术后患者实施系统化手部康复锻炼，有助于改善术后术侧手远端血液循环和神经功能，提高舒适度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Explore the application of systematic hand rehabilitation exercise in rehabilitation nursing for patients after radial artery intervention surgery. Methods In our hospital 76 patients in the Cardiology Department of our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 and treated with radial artery intervention surgery were included, and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 38 cases each group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing, while the observation group received systematic hand rehabilitation exercise on the basis of routine perioperative nursing. The blood circulation and nerve function of the distal hand on the operative side and the postoperative comprehensive comfort were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results The blood circulation of the operative hand and the nerve function of the operative hand in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative comprehensive comfort level of the observation group of patients was significantly higher than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic hand rehabilitation exercise for patients after radial artery intervention is helpful to improve the blood circulation and nerve function of the distal hand on the operative side after operation, and improve the comfort of patients.更多还原
