煤矿井下掘进机电设备节能措施探究
Research on Energy Saving Measures for Electromechanical Equipment in Coal Mine Underground Excavation
【摘要】 机电设备作为煤矿掘进过程中使用较广的设备内容,其在实际应用过程中产生的电能消耗比较大,一定程度上造成企业生产性能源投入居高不下。本文结合目前煤矿井下掘进机电设备使用的实际情况,主要从掘进机电设备的选择和使用两个方面入手对提升设备节能效果提出相应的策略,以提升煤炭企业生产过程中的能源利用效率。
【Abstract】 As a part of the equipment used in coal mine excavation, electromechanical equipment consumes a large amount of electric energy in the actual application process. To a certain extent, the production energy input of enterprises is high.Based on the actual situation of the current use of underground coal mining machinery and equipment, the article mainly proposes corresponding strategies for improving the energy-saving effect of equipment from the two aspects of the selection and use of mechanical and electrical equipment to improve the energy utilization efficiency of coal enterprises.
