不同剂型阿维菌素对松材线虫毒力及施用残留初探
Toxicity of different formulations of avermectin on Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and preliminary study on application residue
【摘要】 为探究防治检疫性林业有害生物松材线虫的高效杀线树干注射药剂,采用浸虫法测定了阿维菌素不同剂型的杀线活性,通过测定添加阿维菌素药剂至木材后的回收率,建立注干施用后药剂在松树体内残留的检测方法。实验结果表明,阿维菌素微乳剂LC50值和LC90值为31.852 5 mg/L和158.957 1 mg/L,乳油LC50值和LC90值为62.480 6 mg/L和349.162 0 mg/L,微乳剂的杀线效果好于乳油。添加不同质量浓度阿维菌素微乳剂和乳油至木材后的回收率效果良好,为日后不同剂型阿维菌素药剂林间注干施用后药剂在注干松树各部位的输导残留提供了一种有效的测定方法。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the high efficient nematocide for trunk injection to prevent Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, a quarantine forestry pest, the nematicidal activity of different dosage forms of avermectin was determined by immersion method. By measuring the recovery rate after addition of avermectin chemicals to wood,a method was established to detect the residual of chemicals in pine tree after trunk injection. The experimental results showed that the LC50 and LC90 of avermectin microemulsion was 31.852 5 mg/L and158.957 1 mg/L,the LC50 and LC90 of emulsifiable concentrate was 62.480 6 mg/L and 349.162 0 mg/L,and the nematocidal effect of microemulsion was better than that of emulsifiable concentrate. The recovery rate effect was good after adding different concentrations of avermectin microemulsion and emulsifiable concentrate to the wood,which provided an effective method for determining the transport residues of different dosage forms of avermectin in different parts of pine trees after trunk injection in the future.
